Do not confuse this place with mapo galbi down the road. At BBQ Korea, Food is fine, they don't serve alcohol and service was strange. A teenage girl serving us told us that having our plates and sides on the table the way we had them was inconvenient for when she has to bring food over to us and then later told us that's not how to cook certain things and just generally watching over disapprovingly. As a group, half of us chefs, we tried to laugh it off as she was very mumbly and so we werent sure if she was joking or not. This is a ten star establishment limited to a five star system. I ordered the unagi don for takeaway and I don't know how to describe the meal. It was a spiritual experience. I found myself clapping my hands. Dancing. And I think I even mumbled a prayer to a couple deity's that I don't even worship. I was very surprised to find eel in Gosford, I was even more floored for it to be perfection. Absolutely stunning and delicious in every single way. Flavour, texture, cook, and serve size. That bowl of food filled a void inside my soul I didn't even know was empty. I will be back as often as I possibly can! Beautiful! I can't wait to try...

Enjoyed a Monday night meal here with family. Being a Monday night it wasn't very busy so we didn't need to make a booking and just rocked up. We all got the set menu which is $35 each and included entrees, mains, sides and dessert. It was definitely enough food and it was fun cooking the meats ourselves on the hotplate. Staff were friendly and parking was easy. We also brought a bottle of wine which had a surcharge of $2.5 but they provided wine glasses no problem.
