Im a cafe owner so I dont review cafes often but felt I wanted to say thanks to Shop 3. My son has been doing work experince at the reptile park this week so Ive been stuck with the transport from Newcastle each day. Shop 3 has been a great little find for me this week. They've been kind enough to let me set up on a power point all day so I can get some work done, the coffee is great (again, Ive been working in specialty coffee a long time so its not a compliment I give lightly), lovely range of fresh snacks and the staff rival my own for friendliness and attentiveness. Disappointing Experience

I recently visited and ordered a chicken schnitzel wrap and coffee. Unfortunately, my experience was subpar. The coffee arrived promptly, but I waited 20 minutes for my wrap, which led me to inquire about the delay. I was asked if I wanted to take my order to go, which seemed unnecessary since I was dining in.

When my wrap finally arrived, I was disappointed to see that it looked unappetizing. The lettuce tasted soggy, and the chicken was burned. Overall, my experience was very disappointing, and I hope the restaurant will improve their food...
