Bow Thai Gosford — Restaurant in Gosford

I cannot rate this restaurant highly enough. I'm extremely allergic to chilli but love Thai food (esp chicken laksa). I've only ever gone back time and again to Saifon as they are one of the few that do awesome Thai, and are always happy to oblige. I decided to risk trying Bow Thai. I'm so very happy I did.

When I rang to advise my allergy the girl who answered the phone was so bright, bubbly and friendly. "Absolutely we can do that. No problem at all".

I ordered chicken skewers w penaut satay sauce, and money bags. The chicken was unbelievably tender and I have not had such an amazing satay sauce since I was last in Indo.

I'm not sure if this is a family run business. If not, they have a winning combination of chefs and other staff and this shows in their cuisine.

My mum adds copious amounts of chilli to everything and I cannot wait to take her here. I ordered delivery last time but am very keen to dine in and experience Bow Thai completely.

If you love genuine Thai food I cannot recommend this restaurant...

Tried their lunch deal panang curry (chicken) with rice last Thurs. YUMMY! 👍 Good serve size 👍 (and not like some places that reduced their serves AND raised price).

I never imagine panang curry can be tastier than I have eaten in Australia, BUT....until I tried Bow Thai Gosford's. A happy surprise, indeed.

My only comment is the rice seemed very slightly soggy on that day, but that can be pardoned.

Staff smiled, and I would too if I was happily serving my customers with BEAUTIFUL AND VERY GOOD FOOD !!!

Guess what?! I planned to visit Bow Thai Gosford again, not once but TWICE next week. Looking...

We were a group of 6-7 customers for lunch and few time for dinner. In November we found a small whitish worn on our food, showed it to the waitress and receptionist, they said Sorry.. But only 10% discount for that plate Only. We thought it was a rare occasion and continued going more to eat. Last Saturday went for dinner , found a black hair on one of our plates…Very unpleasant, decided NOT to eat there anymore.
