Crust Pizza Goulburn — Restaurant in Goulburn

Ordered delivery at 5.45 and given a 6.30 delivery time. Over an hour later I rang to check the progress as my kids were hungry and tired. Was told another half hour at least and it wasn't their fault they forgot to change the estimated time. Was told they could get it ready in 10 if I changed to pick up so I sent my husband. When he got their he was told 5 more minutes, 15 minutes later he was told 10 more minutes. He asked if the pizzas were in the oven yet and was told, no, they weren't. When he asked for a refund he was yelled at by staff that they were doing there best and they initially refused a refund until he pushed. It's now 2.5 hours later and after the kids bedtime. We are eating sandwiches and will not be going back to crust. This is beyond dissapointing and moved to disgraceful and an embarrassment. The ladies I talked on the phone to and the delivery driver where very friendly and helpful but the pizza was terrible. I was charged $60 for two gf pizzas. One custom with olive oil, chicken, avocado, anchovies no cheese. The other a meat deluxe with sweet chilli base extra prawns, anchovies and aioli. When they arrived the first had cheese and the meat deluxe had a tomato base. Rendering the pizza inedible due too allergies.

I called back and the girl was very polite and offered to turn the oven back on to remake the pizzas. Only for them to be incorrect the second time as well. The first didn't have olive oil but the olive tamponade and the meat deluxe was nothing but sweet chilli sauce, anchovies, aioli and prawns.

Worst experience at a food establishment we have had. We got in ahead of the crowd and ordered pizzas at 11am today online for 6pm delivery tonight, had no pizza at 630 so rang up and got told they were in the oven, still no pizza at 730 so rang again and got told again they were in the oven so we drove down there and got told they were out of ingredients to make pizzas. They wanted to charge us $50 for the 2 pizzas they had made even though they couldn’t make the remaining 6.

Will never use again and will strongly recommend everyone stays away.

If you don’t have ingredients to make pizzas be honest with customers so they can go elsewhere.
