Friday night at Goulburn Bowlo. It started off with a meal at "Spices Bistro Restaurant. Thanks to their staff of chefs and waitresses " Tom with a smile as wide as a morning sunrise to take your order as well as helping Chefs Mark and Andy to serve you a scrumptious meal, then comes Winnie and Anne to present patrons with a "Spices" delight. Great meal guys. Entertainment on the night was music from local musician Tony Wade. All this pleasantly shared to the clubs patrons by club manager Scott. It's a simple small country bowling club, one that appears to cater well to it's members. Monday night meal special, chicken schnitzel, child and salad $5 and other meal $12.50 or full on main meal approx. $21 for two. The Bistro had heaps of members with their families. What a great small bowling club next to the railway. Nice feel club. Made to feel very welcoming and friendly by staff and regular patrons. Thanks to Scott - manager and to all the staff. My husband and I (visiting from Bega area) have been to the club on a daily basis of our 1 weeks visit to historic Goulburn. Playing social bowls. Bingo. Relaxing and dining for either lunch or dinner. (Love their meals). The bistro at the bowlo called - Spices and the variety of different flavours of meals and their weekly daily specials is just the best value and so yummy and scrumptious. The staff who run the bistro side of the bowlo are extremely efficient and friendly. A big asset to the club. Has been pleasure to visit the bowlo. Highly recommend the bowlo for anyone visiting...

Ordered for takeaway some of their different schnitzel meals from the bistro in the club and oh.....my.....god!! The Mexican schnitzel was absolutely divine and one of the best meals I've ever had!! My brother had the meatlover schnitzel and devoured it.. loving every mouthful also. The staff are always lovely to deal with and so helpful and friendly. The club itself is always very clean and presented beautifully.

Highly recommend checking out the yummy food available at their bistro... love that they (unlike some other clubs in town) also offer takeaway/pickup meals-I'm often bedbound and cannot go anywhere for weeks at a time.... but can still occasionally enjoy a delicious bistro meal without needing to leave my...
