This was my favourite place to take people and enjoy the coffee and food, if it was breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee and cake didn't matter. This restaurant was the main reason I would get off the Highway whenever I was passing through. On Good Friday I went for a late breakfast around 10am. I asked the person in the front if I could find a table and our party of 3 found a table and ordered. 1 coffee and 3 meals. The coffee came out quick and before I knew it was gone. We still hadn't received our meals. We sat and watched people leave and new people come in for a meal. Orders taken quickly, then noticed that they would receive there meals. We still hadn't. I asked a young waitress what was happening and she promptly checked in the kitchen and then to the gentlemen who took our orders. He hadn't given our order to the kitchen. This was after 50 mins of waiting. I said no drama, he left and my son's waffle arrived. He finished that while I was still waiting for two hot meals to arrive. They never did. We left 1 and a half hours since we ordered without eating. I proceed to the counter to pay for what I had in which the lady seemed annoyed with me because I didn't have the bill on me which the gentlemen hadn't given me who then told me he would have left too after not receiving his meal. No apology from the lady at the counter I am so disappointed regarding the wait, no meal and the attitude when I paid which I shouldn't as I didn't get the...

A mixed bag. The service is excellent. Even on a busy night, you were only left waiting a few minutes before your order was taken. Likewise, the portion sizes were excellent. Sadly the food itself was a mixed bag. I ordered an iced latte, fettuccine boscaiola and rasberry iced tea. While the iced latte was a good size and refreshing, I found the flavour to be somewhat bland. I don't know if it's the coffee blend or the amount of coffee that was used, but it if it had a more intense flavour it would have been amazing. It was a similar story with the fettuccine boscaiola. The texture of the ingredients was fantastic, but in the words of Manu, "where's the sauce"; there seemed to be just enough to barely coat the pasta. While the pasta and the ingredients were far from dry, and the pasta was just enough over aldente that it melted in your mouth, the dish really lacked punch in the flavour dept- something which more sauce could easily have rectified. Lastly there was the raspberry iced tea, which was so refreshing and beautifully flavoured that I could drink it by the litre.

I'd definitely go back there again,- as I said, the portions and service were so good that it didn't feel right giving 3 stars. However I'd hope that the flavours in what I ordered next time packed more punch, as if what I ordered had punchier flavours, this would have been an easy 5...

I complained about my pepper gravy... I received a jug of jelly that tasted really bitter, but I had already poured it over my chips... Others tasted it and said whatever it was, it was off. Waited 10 minutes for the waitress to ask the manager over. I was advised to scrape it to the side of the plate. And eat what was left of my cold meal...The manager? was rude and spoke down to me saying that she was not changing my plate just because I didn't like the 'Sauce". She did say that I wouldn't have to pay for it.. I did not finish the meal . At the check out she argued about this and said it was no charge for the sauce...I queried her and she did not charge me but did tell me that I was behaving like a silly little school girl. (I'm Going on 65).

We did not make complaints about our other meals or refreshments and quite happily paid for them. As I turned to leave she shouted "I don't want to see you back here... ever!"

She won't. My mother and other family members HAD been going to the Paragon since the very early days...I myself, having anticipated a relaxing post Christmas catchup...having been here before....

I am an easy going person, appreciative of the hard work Busy eateries can impact on staff. This woman was immature, disrespectful and...

We recently checked out this café that had great hours and an extensive menu. It's located in a busy part of town and seems to be popular among a diverse crowd. What I liked most about this place was how convenient it is. It opens early and stays open late, so you can go there for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or just a snack whenever you want. The menu has something for everyone, whether you're in the mood for a filling sandwich or a light salad. They also have plenty of breakfast options, like eggs, burritos, and pastries, that looked delicious. The café has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They were happy to suggest items from the menu or help with any questions. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this café to anyone looking for a relaxed spot with a lot of menu options. It's a great place to grab a quick bite or hang out for a while.

First visit for me. Heaps of menu items to choose from plus an extensive gluten free menu. We had the veal with prawns/chicken Madagascar for mains. Both delicious!! My veal was so tasty that I had to force myself to slow down eating. Just perfect. For dessert we both had the pavlova sundae. BIGGEST and most impressive looking dessert I have ever ordered! We were both absolutely full by the end of the meal plus 1 x soft drink, 1 x piccolo of sparkling AND a very good latté. Is situated across from Goulburn Performing Arts Centre making it very handy as our pre-show dinner birthday treat. Every staff member was smiling, welcoming and easy to talk to. Nothing was a problem. Special shout out to ABIGAIL, our waitress who was happy and extremely helpful. Will be returning very soon. Approx $62 each. Very good portion sizes/brilliant value!

This used to be my go-to cafe when passing through Goulburn between Sydney and Canberra or Snowies. Since my previous trip, the cafe has moved by a block to a much larger venue. It's stylish and feels like the owners want this to be the place to be seen at. However, I miss the intimacy and coziness of the old place. Ordered nachos and received a very filling meal. For a Mexican dish, however, I felt the flavours were off. The meat was like my spagetti bolognaise sauce - if I ever used ketchup on it, that is. Where were the coriander, chilli, jalapeno, and other typical seasonings? Instead of guacamole, slices of rather raw avocado. Salsa replaced with sweet chilli sauce. Interesting... Service was easygoing and good, the best part of this visit.
