Two weeks ago we had a wonderful experience with some of the best Goat curry I've tasted. Then disaster! A week ago we went back and it was like entering a different world.

We pointed to menu items and didn't get the food we asked for. What we received was either over salted (and I love salt) or significantly over cooked.

We tried to address this but were told we had what we ordered (including the three slices of carrot which apparently was the side salad). See photo for overcooked pork and awesome 3 slice carrot salad.

At the back of the menu is a lovely note from the owner saying that if the customer is not satisfied to write to him. My wife wrote a much more lovely note than I would have ever written given the price we paid for probably the worst service and food we've had in as long as we can remember. The owner said he would follow this up immediately and respond.. Presumably he got busy with other matters...

I ordered dumplings along with the yellow sauce, but upon receiving my order, I noticed that the sauce had a strong, unpleasant smell. Concerned about its quality, I requested a replacement. However, instead of addressing my concern professionally, the franchise owner became argumentative and dismissive, insisting that everything was fine. Despite my familiarity with the usual taste and quality of the sauce, he refused to acknowledge the issue.

Additionally, the owner’s attitude was highly unprofessional and aggressive. His lack of respect for customer concerns and unwillingness to handle the situation properly left me shocked. I have never encountered such poor service at this establishment before.

I also have a video recording of the interaction, which clearly shows the owner’s unprofessional behavior. I believe this matter needs to be addressed to ensure better service and food quality...
