I have been coming to this place for about 4- 5 times. Ordering the same thing. One whole fish tht normally comes with there sauce. My first time they allow me to exchange sauce to soup at no extra charge. At the price of 25.90

Did this for a couple more times until tonight Feb-24-2018 Which they charge me 29.90 just for the whole fish and extra 10.90 for the soup. When i queried the price. The asian lady with short hair told me. It depends on the size of fish. Which does not mention in the menu then and now. The young blonde girl always took my order every time i go there with husband with no problems. The food is my liking is the reason why i kept coming back. But it seems that they are very deceiving with there prices. Especially they told me tht the soup comes with fish as i don't really want sauce. When i rang to complain the young blonde girl. I am a regular there and my favorute thai. today I walked in for take away lunch service and bought 2 item's over 24.00 the server at your front counter a 20+ Asian girl taking my takeaway order was extremely rude and wanted to argue about everything I said I wanted really skinny noodle with chicken, chilli, basil and oyster sauce she said we only have hokien or pad Thai noodle I said I have ordered this many time here and asked to speak to a chef. She said she was a chef and continued arguing with me. This is disgusting customer service she treated me so badly I'm never coming back again. I have a heart problem I am old and have cancer this is not exeptable behaviour in a service industry in hospitality. We have dined here before and really enjoyed it. Tonight was terrible. We sat down at the table we reserved and were waiting on one guest to arrive (who ended up cancelling). No-one came to the table to check if we wanted to order more drinks, or if our table needed water or if we wanted to order entrees while we waited for our other guest. We called someone over to order. 40 minutes after we ordered our entree arrived. After one hour of waiting for mains Is asked for our mains to be packed into takeaway as by this time it was 8.20pm. I was told they were being plated. Our food came out but by this point we were so hot and annoyed we picked at our food and packed most of it into containers. The waitress told us that she put the order out the back but no-one saw it and didn't start cooking it. We were the only patrons.
