I recently visited Indian moments that truly delivered an exceptional dining experience. From the moment I walked in, the vibrant and cheerful atmosphere set the tone for a memorable meal. The colorful décor, warm lighting, and lively background music created a welcoming and festive ambiance.
The customer service was outstanding. The staff greeted us with genuine smiles and were attentive without being intrusive. They were happy to offer recommendations and took the time to explain the dishes to ensure we had the best experience possible.
The food was a delight—flavorful, aromatic, and beautifully presented. Every dish was a perfect blend of spices, and the naan was soft and fresh, straight from the tandoor. The portions were generous, and everything tasted freshly prepared.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The combination of delicious food, a happy atmosphere, and excellent customer service makes this restaurant a must-visit for anyone looking to enjoy authentic Indian cuisine. I’ll definitely be coming back! Best Indian...
Read moreVery unprofessional and poor service. We ordered Channa Bhatura & Dosa with one drink. Two girls who serviced there forgot to provide cutlery and napkins for the second person. In addition to that Channa Bhatura was served in four sections old style plate which provide very minimal quantity of Channa curry as compared to Bhatura when we asked for more curry , they charged extra $5 for it.They should provided the Channa in a bowl at first place with Bhatura in plate and if they are not doing it ,they should not charged for it because we are already paying $16.99 for it.At the end ,we asked staff to provide us take away box to pack Bhatura and Channa which is also customers right,a girl over their came up with a brown paper bag and didn't provide disposable bowl for curry however she was told to provide box for takeaway Channa & Bhatura so I had to ask for it again while making a payment. When I paid for bill at the end ,they didn't provide for receipt however it's a standard service unless customer say no to it.It was big...
Read moreGreat to see an Indian place offering "chaat". But I guess that's where the excitement ended for me. This is a relatively new place and the service needs to be a little polished. It took a while for the staff to take our orders and we waited a bit for the food to arrive. They seem to be quite popular with takeaways and there was at least one person picking up food every 2 minutes. They need to focus a little bit more on the customers in the restaurant. I was genuinely excited to see so many "chaat" options and I ordered a Samosa Channa chaat and a Kashta Kachori Chaat. Both dishes looked very similar (see the photos) and they tasted exactly the same. If this was a blind test, you wouldn't recognise that they were two different dishes. The Tamarind Sweet chutney in both dishes were unbearably sweet and made it difficult to finish the dishes. Both dishes were definitely not authentic to the original flavours. I'm tempted to give them another go once the staff have a handle on things. Hopefully they improve the next...
