I've Dined-Out & Had Coffee Here so many times. It's Never Ever Been a Problem until today. But today I visited after being at Hog's Breath Cafe Mango Hill. We Ordered Coffee x 2 & New Yor Cheese Cake. Firstly it was maybe the Owner whom approached Us for Our sitting at the Table, then a younger Guy, he took Our Order. He was Respectful & Polite. Then a Young Shy Girl asked if We wanted to Order - Our Reply was we already have. Then she came back again with 2 Coffee's as Ordered & stated that there wasnt any New York Cheese Cake. She asked if We wanted it removed off the Order. I stated of course if it's Not Available. What a Stupid Question. ??She acted Very naive & Not very well Trained. Then another the Young guy came back over later & took the Coffee Mug's. The same first young guy came back & was standing looking at both Of Us. We asked - Do you want Us to leave - He replied Yes. So we got up. Paid $12.90 million or 2 cups of Cappuccino Mugged Coffee's. Maybe it was more expensive since it's a Public Holiday. But, absolutely No body wore a Name Tag - So the first Young guy had blonde hair & was extremely polite & funny, the second young guy look European & the young girl had soft-features - a young blonde teenager with her hair in a Pny-tail. All of Your Staff should Ve wearing Name tags to identify them when t HG eres a Positive or a Negative Report on Our Visit. We wont Ever Be Returning to this Coffee Club again,because being asked to leave when we were chatting was extremely RUDE, since there's Absolutely No Restriction to How Long a Person can sit with a Friend to Have a Cup of Coffee. I personally think it's because we Only Ordered Coffee & didn't want to purchase anything else. I am a Community Nurse who is run-off My Feet with Covid. I just wanted Lunch Out & to chat with My Friend while having a Coffee... Well that's Not a Lot to ask for. If you want people to leave after having - finishing a Coffee, then You need to put a Time Limit in Place. I was absolutely disgusted with today's- disappointing RUDE - Customer Service. Went to the coffee club yesterday around 4pm. It was quite busy and we sat down and waited for table service. No one came to our table so after 10 mins we got our own menus. After the 5 of us had decided what to order we looked for a staff member to take our order and there was no one so we went to find someone to take our order. Food and drinks came quite quickly and we tucked in. Not too long after we ran out of drinks and wanted to order some more so looked around for a staff member.
5 front of house staff were sat at one of the dining tables chatting and 4 were eating a meal leaving no one (that I could see) looking after the customers. After around 5 mins the staff member who wasn't eating a meal got up and went behind the counter.
Not once did any of the members of staff ask us if the food was good and if there was anything we needed.
Is it standard practice for most of the front of house staff take their dinner break at the same time and in front of the customers - beyond bizarre.
This is the worst service I ever experienced. I certainly won't go back...

Slapped on a plate with no substance or taste - pub meals are better. There were hardly any customers for such a large dining area (not a good sign on a Saturday night is it). Still took so long to get anything come out to you. Forget about ordering from the table app - they don’t check it and don’t care. Ran out of wine glasses and offered to serve the wine in a beer mug!!! Omg seriously. Completely disinterested staff standing around talking, so early at night (before 7pm!!!) - more interesting in packing up and could not care less about their customers, clearing up plates walking past you with nothing in their hands and leaving plates there for the entire rest of the night. It would be different if I was at Maccas. Actually paying a lot less for better quality food. We were all in shock. The Coffee Club franchise really has gone downhill so much. Do you pay your staff poorly and treat them badly...
