Very poor hospitality 3 girls serving still can’t manage the crowd me and my partner standing in the line for 30 min everyone got served before and after us buy no one even looked to help out. The staff didn't know their product range offered on the banners in front of shop, had to repeat ourselves several times as they couldn't hear us. A tip for Cold Rock, how about displaying ALL flavours of ice cream available at the front, for all to see & know about. The sign towards the back of the shop saying there are more flavours available, should be seen when choosing flavours, not when paying for already...

Ice cream had always been fabulous! Grand kids love it! But!!! If you want to charge those prices you need to offer great service!! Sunday afternoon cue 8 deep, only 2 very young staff and one decided to fill ice cream tubs! Bad training from management and definitely needs more staff on for a Sunday afternoon!!!
