Poor customer service. I didn’t realise this store gets rated so badly until I just read them, seems like we all get the same problem. I ordered a pizza and two sides online for pick-up. My partner went to pick them up and when home I opened the sides to realise one was a completely different thing? I ordered 2 pack bacon and cheese hotdogs and they gave me cheese and garlic scrolls.. I double checked my online receipt AND the paper receipt that they give when you pick up your order… so I drove back with the scrolls to kindly give them back and get what I clearly ordered. When I walked in it was like none of them wanted to be the one to talk to me, they all just looked at each other, I had to talk first for someone to come forward. I kindly explained the mistake they made and the staff member went to the shelf to look for the side I ordered to find it still there (35 or so minutes later) and said oh we still have it here! and proceeded to hand it to me, I awkwardly stood there and then he was like “oh.. did you want to just take these or do you want us to remake them..” if he had to ASK ME then he clearly did not want to remake them.. so I just accepted them and left, I didn’t want to wait longer after driving back for them to make me something they obviously did not want to remake for me.. they weren’t even nice or apologetic for THEIR mistake??? Courtesy really goes a long way, and they don’t have it...
Read moreI have been a customer for 5 yrs and it’s been ok , however , tonight there was an issue with the order NOT being delivered. I called them for the next 2 hours and heard about mistakes I was told it had been delivered , that’s fine I was reasonable, each call I was told something else , I was told Is was in the oven and they were busy that’s the delay , I was fine about that , but at the 2 hours and 15 mins I was then told it had been delivered again , at this stage I ask for the process to get a refund and that I don’t want the order , I am done with the runaround I am ordering with Pizza Hut and just want my money back , I hear about mistakes again ? I have said that’s ok but you had 2 hours to fix your mistake but you didn’t bother at all , instead you gave me excuses and the runaround , I want my money back .. that’s all I want now , I was happy for them to fix their mistake , they never once attempted to fix their mistake , I was LIED too and treated like a fool , don’t pay up front and risk this happening to you … 62 yr old , 5 yr regular as in twice a week and buy for gatherings very easy going customer has moved on from this , I know they are young but their is no excuse and it’s Domino’s fault not the staff , when you pay up front, they have to take more responsibility if...
Read moreWent there Friday night 2nd Feb 2018. Phone Ordered and was told it would be 20 mins. Got down there and that had blown out to 53 mins. After an hour I eventually got down to 10 mins to go then would you believe that went to 19mins, then 23 mins, then 27 mins. All the while there were people leaving, complaining, getting frustrated. The staff were still taking orders, (4 of Them phones,) yet they had people walking out, and customers waiting well over an hour in their pizza. I spoke to one of the staff telling him to stop taking phone orders etc...and deal with the backlog that they had already..Needless to say this fell on deaf ears. I left that store with no pizza after an hour and a half. I was offered a credit for my next pizza but I doubt that I will be going back. It was just disgraceful.
