Donut King Strathpine W/F K13 — Restaurant in Greater Brisbane

I’m not rating 5 stars as this business needs to look at the staffing levels. Sunday arvo 2pm - I felt terrible for the male staffer that was there - he was making an order and two other customers behind me then were waiting also to be served - by this time I had been waiting for 10 mins - when the staffer served me he looked very panicky and stressed I told him to breathe and calm down - and don’t worry - I used to be in retail and understood what he was going through- once he took my order I told him to serve the customers after me and look after their order - And not rush with mine .

order came 15mins later —— as I said it’s not the staffers fault definitely not - But really not fair …. Management should have two on all the time - being ex retail manager - you have to support ur staff and...

Often take my son for a donut after school or pick one up on my way to get him. Can't count how many times I have stood waiting to be served for the staff to not even acknowledge that I am standing there. Went to make a purchase at 3pm only to be told that they were closing early, they were boxing up over a dozen donuts they had left and were not willing to sell any to us. The last 3 visits I have left unable to purchase anything due to staff leaving me at the counter for longer than average periods of time and without an acknowledgement that they would be with me shortly. Honestly how hard is it to smile and acknowledge someone, this could definitely be excused if it was a once off...

My husband and I have enjoyed a cone at this outlet in Strathpine centre for ages every Saturday as we finish out shopping. For weeks now they tell us no cones. So we switched to milkshakes and a donut each. Last week it was going to be our last day EVER because the milkshades were disgusting. Thankfully I took mine back and vowed to never stop there again but the new lady apologised and remade them saying that she could see no ice cream was added at all by the girl working there. Because of her we will return. But if this bad service happens again its cheers for good. Owner - please fix the problems! Donuts...
