I can say without hesitation that the service was terrible...the girl serving me was more interested in listening to what her co-workers were talking about rather than listening to what I was ordering. we waited 30 minutes before we got our order of 3 milkshakes 1 kebab in a box a flafal and a flatbread toastie, there were 3 other people eating 1 of which complained as they had only gotten half there order,when we received ours there was no flathead toastie, after eating half of the falafel appetiser I went up and asked where the flatbread toastie was,l but they had no idea, there were 4 staff members at that time,(more than customers) they offered to make it and I sat down but after 5 min I decided that I wasn't going to wait another 30 min, but as i was asking for a refund i started choking on the very dry and over coked falafel. This was terrible customer service and I wasn't happy with the food either. How can you expect to have happy customers that want to return when you have immature young staff not taking there jobs seriously as they are to busy chatting to one ond other and cant get the orders right, If there was a manager they weren't managing the 6 staff that were on, as they still hadn't started making the flat bread toastie when I went up and said I wasn't happy and wanted a refund. After contacting management through Facebook they offered and apology but no solution to get me back as a customer,should have read the reviews first and not bothered going there in the first place,I should have supported another business near by as they didn't deserve...
Read moreVery poor customer service. Visited this establishment yesterday. I ordered a chicken kabab and was told there was no chicken just beef and lamb left. I responded “I’ll just get the beef”. When I received it there was also lamb in it. After confronting the staff about the mistake she said she said beef and lamb and kept answering back saying she had it highlighted and that you can’t just get beef. I tried to explain I didn’t receive the piece of highlighted paper until my kabab was already make and that I requested beef when ordering. If both are served together she should have made that very clear. I would never order lamb. I hate it. The way she phrased it made it seem like a choice hence why I said beef. I also double checked with my boyfriend who confirmed what I had asked for. Whatever happened to the customer is always right. After the incident all 3 young female staff that were working kept staring out at our table and laughing while my boyfriend ate what he had ordered. They couldn’t have make it any more obvious. I have 12 year’s hospitality experience and have never come across such disrespect. Read morePrior to the change of Ownership, I would have made this a Five Star Review and praised both their service and food.
However, following the change of ownership, both the quality of the food and the customer service has gone downhill fast. The new staff and owner put very little effort into serving the customers that come in to order food and despite the significant increase in staff, they have actually become much slower when it comes to serving customers and making their orders.
None of the original staff have been kept after the change of ownership, with the current staff doing very little to try and improve their serving of customers.
