Red Rooster (North Lakes) — Restaurant in Greater Brisbane

I have attempted to give this store a fair go but last night was the last straw. We ordered online and the only given for pick up was in store, we didn't want to do this as with a spinal injury it is hard for me to get in and out of the car sometimes, so we went to the drive thru and advised the order number, the rude young lady said we have to drive around and come instore to pick up. My wife advised that as we are in the drive thru can we get it handed to us in the drive thru, this girl cut her off and said "drive forward". We drove up to the window and was given our drink (wrong one as ordered) we put it back on the window sill and waited for her return, we asked for the correct drink, she snatched the bottle and almost through the correct one at us. We got our food and left. Upon checking the food, the order was incorrect as we had asked for no onion rings but ofcourse there they were, due to an allergy, onion can not be consumed by myself. We went home hungry and fuming. There was no point going back as the girl was so rude and clearly no cares were given. Place the order 1:26am in the morning and selected the kerbside pickup and was waiting for 20+ minutes, (doordash delivery guy was on the other kerbside parking as well he was waiting as well )then as it was getting late , went to see the door and the guy was in the counter hand signal to me asking us to come to the drive thru , as we were in the drive thru waited about another 10 minutes before the food was ready, got the food finally at 2:04 am after 40 minutes waiting, then came home and the chicken was soaking wet with oil 🤮 attached a picture of it and put them in the bin straight away, and no more red rooster again, thanks to red rooster north lakes , another unhappy customer 😕 , guy who was in the counter said he's sorry about the delay, I've just wasted $13.95 , will go to McDonald's next to it from now on , I've learned my lesson , no more red rooster north lakes ever again, I'd give Zero stars if...

Absolutely TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! whoever the girl was with blonde hair working on 20/05/2024 at 5:00PM is an absolute disgrace. I ordered food through the app when I got to the drive through line she gave us a dirty dirty look asking us to come in and get our order I brushed that off but once I got in she continued to ignore me standing at the front counter she was serving every single car that came through the drive through but she couldn’t simply pass my order to me when I Came through (YES MY ORDER WAS ALREADY READY) she left me standing their for 10 minutes ignoring everyone else waiting too even though I could clearly see my meal she wouldn’t hand it to me. After a terrible long wait a young man came across from the kitchen and passed my food to me.
