Alleycats Espresso — Restaurant in Hillarys

We come to this cafe alot as we have a boat in the harbour. I started coming here when it was a hard working couple in a tiny unit fussing over every detail. Now it seems the expansion has lost that attention to detail as the young staff dont seem to be very well trained. We Paid $28 for 2 acaia bowls with four toppings. Honey, blueberries, passionfruit and granola. What we got was frozen blueberrys in a cup of sorbet with a few nuts detectable (what i assume was out of the granola packet) no granola, no passionfruit and about 3 table spoons of honey that made my back teeth try to jump out. The staff were so friendly - most of them were sisters! They were on the ball but calm and welcoming to all customers. I watched how they interacted and I was so impressed with how well they ran this little cafe - as someone who spent many years in hospitality I appreciate the value of good staff. I assume this is a family owned business so I want the owners to know they should be proud of their daughters, they are testament to a great upbringing. Ordered an iced strawberry matcha latte for $6.5 and came like this even after vigorous stirring. This is a strawberry milk at best instead of an iced matcha strawberry milk. Confronted the barrista as to why it wasn't green and her trash explanation was that oh cause theres strawberry inside. Like who are you trying to fool? Are yall running a scam or a business.
