I was one of the regular customer of little C's since long years when you guys used to run on other side of the place. Last night I was there with few friends and it was not a great dinner.
Firstly they took almost more 45 mins to get the food on the table. then they got us only 3 Pizza while we ordered 4 and after lot of conversations we got to know that they only put 3 pizzas in system but they charged us $66 (Usually its $17 for little one on Tuesday after 5 pm). On the investigation we found out that they charged $22 each why ???? . when I went to desk to discuss someone called Leo(The most rude guy ever I see in my life in services industry) said he is the manager he doesn't want to fix it. He reckons his English is poor so he does not understand what I mean to say, I personally feels he is resist and trying to indicate that I should improve my English which means I should be going to English classed before I visit any little C's in future. This should be end but we found hair in our pizza too and when we asked THE MANAGER he was like "do you want refund". Is this the real way to talk to customer ? My friends clearly said that this is not the place it used to be and we should have something alternate but not this but I was the one who insisted for little Cs.
Thanks for the great experience. I am attaching receipt of payment and menu photo along with Hair in Pizza. I am send one copy of it along with letter to ACCC as you can't advertise wrong prices on Menu and Web-Site.
Honestly I understand its not easy to be in customer service but when you are wrong you should just try to fix it not to humiliate customer for just $66 and I do understand the crunch of workers too during this time but hiring idiot resist and rude people will not take you anywhere.
Thank you very much for great last night and hope not to see you again.
You do not deserve one star either.
Now Owner is blaming us in response on discrimination while we are not local either. I thought its just staff but the whole system is disaster. Rather than fixing the the problem Manager was rude so as owner.
Anyone who would visit please read all reviews and see how many times owner has to say sorry every week. Stay...
Read moreTerrible service. I called for some info prior to ordering online (they don’t take phone orders) and when I arrived to collect discovered that the info I’d been given on the phone was incorrect. Then they denied that they’d said what I said they had said. The staff member I encountered when I arrived was completely dismissive and made no attempt to pretend to care.
Edited to add: this was written while still waiting for my order. Little did I know there was much worse to come.
I have a lot of negative things to say about my experience at Little C's on Saturday night- horrible customer service both on the phone and in person, specifically the manager who couldn't even pretend to care, being lied to by staff, the order taking twice as long as they advised when I ordered, the quality going down so much since our last visit resulting in even my kids being unimpressed with our two dessert pizza's, their computer system apparently losing half my order but then the other half being ready to go elsewhere in the kitchen, etc. But the one thing I want to make sure you are aware of is the unhygienic behavior I witnessed in the kitchen. The kitchen is open to the public. I was waiting for my two takeaway pizzas when I witnessed a staff member in one part of the kitchen throw whipped cream without a lid on it across a walk way into another part of the kitchen. It fell onto the floor where the unlidded whipped cream would have touched the kitchen floor. The chef picked it, shook it and then went to spray it onto my pizza. He only stopped when I yelled at him to stop and was genuinely puzzled by me stopping him. However when I insisted, he did get a fresh bottle of whipped cream with its lid on to put on my pizza. While the teenage server who was the one who had thrown it, laughed hysterically. When I told him it wasn't funny, he told me to calm down. He himself calmed down and was immediately humbled when I asked to speak to the manager. If this is happening in clear sight of the customers, I worry what else is going on. I encourage everyone to avoid this restaurant. It is overpriced, the staff are horrible, the food is worse than any average takeaway pizza place and is prepared in an...
Read moreMy wife and I went for a late lunch and ordered a chicken schnitzel and a bacon burger. My wife came back to the table after ordering and mentioned that she confirmed that she ordered the chicken schnitzel plain with no sauce as that's the way I like it. After about 15 mins the meals arrived and we were dismayed to discover that we had not only received the wrong burger but a beef schnitzel. The waitress that served us had come back to the table at that stage to say that they had given my wife the wrong burger (of which she had handled to check what was on it and she had figured out it was wrong). We also pointed out that we had received the wrong schnitzel. Both were taken away and we expected the correct meals to arrive. About a minute later the person that took the order (who seemed to be the manager) was back at the table with the beef schnitzel in hand telling us that we had ordered the beef schnitzel and at no stage had mentioned chicken. My wife was amazed to be told what she said when she would never order a beef schnitzel and didn't even know that was an option. The manager kept arguing that she was right and my wife was wrong and wouldn't even consider offering a refund. She was a disgusting person to deal with and an embarrassment to the restaurant. To save a full on screening match I got up and walked out while my wife got her correct burger in a takeaway bag. She also noticed the burger that she had originally been served incorrectly and handled had been served up to another table instead of being thrown out.
We have been to this restaurant on many family occasions with up to 10 or more people but we will never ever go there again and nor will anyone in the family or anyone that we know as we will make sure this experienced is told to anyone that will listen. It has hands down been the worst restaurant experience we have ever had. If only we could give zero stars for the review and even then that would be more than...
