Hungry Jack's Burgers Hobart — Restaurant in Hobart

You wouldn't think a Hungry Jacks needs reviewing. Given the 'standard' should be comparable between locations.

This is definitely not the case. I received cold, stale chips, replaced by slightly warmer stale chips.

The Whopper was a laughable size with a thin dry patty.

Thick shake was odd consistency and mostly 'fluff'.

It was late so I didn't take a photo. Particularly as the majority of it went straight into the bin as inedible.

I don't know how you can stuff up and online/drive order. But I needed to repeat myself and basically felt like something that could be loosely interpreted as food was chucked in a bag.

Rest assured the recent poor reviews are deserved. Be duly warned and save your money.

I really hope that patty I did eat has no long lasting effects. Wish I had of taken a good look at it and not assumed a minimum 'chain' standard.

I don't use the term disgusting often and rarely can't find a least one positive. But in this case it was exactly that, with nothing to redeem...

Twice a week after work I regularly stop by this restraunt for a hot snack and a cool drink, the waiting room is super frustrating!! I recall on one occasion waiting for a burger and chips for 15 minutes with myself being the only one in the drive through, another time waiting for a coffee for 10 minutes just to be asked to wait in a bay for another 10 minutes and these aren't the only ridiculous waiting times.. And usually there is a good 5/6 workers inside barely doing a thing other then messing around chatting ect. I do hope to see some improvements as there's nothing worse feeling hungry after work just for this. I would be better going to a gourmet restraunt waiting for a fully cooked hot meal. If this doesn't change I may consider changing my hungry jacks location to a venue who will work must faster. Other then that, great...

Most disguisting experience appalling customer service very rude ordered a dinner box and only got charged for a small meal when confronting the manager strong and Brianna from north Hobart near Elizabeth college could of been polite but was very rude maybe if ya gave the meals to the correct t customer and instead Ofthe car infront of us yu would of got the order right but instead argued the point and then still tried to over charge us and ripped us off to pay for your stuff ups by giving us 1 lot of chips instead if 4 I thought there was a meal deal for family for 29 but instead got charged 38 to make it worse we had children in the car and you wanted us to wait an extra further few minutes whe it would of been easier to save all drama just get the food apoligise and send us on our way but instead management...
