It would be good for the Council to replace the wire fencing on top of the low stone fence It was storm damaged when trees came down and has not been replaced; stone fence too low to keep medium to large dogs contained securely when off leash. Great secure facility which keeps dogs and owners very happy except for missing fence. Very nice park BUT dog owners need to be aware that this is not a 24hr off leash dog park. There is a separate, fully-fenced, children’s play area within the park confines.
