Hungry Jack's Burgers Kingston — Restaurant in Hobart

Pulled up in the drive thru to get a choc shake and I was told to park up yet I was the only customer there!! So I politely declined to park due to my car having a wide turning circle and it was quite difficult in their small car park. Well the girl lost it and said I was being rude and slammed the window shut then opened it again to continue abusing me, I was stunned and never expected to be shouted at over this. So she slams the window shut again then a minute later a second chubby woman approaches the window with my shake claiming she is the manager and I should do what I’m told then went on to loudly give me a foul mouthful of abuse as well, by this time I have their customer care team on the phone and it went to their message bank and recorded the entire conversation…… Well it didn’t end there as I was leaving in absolute shock after all the abuse about nothing and I hear them saying get her number plate and we will call her work to complain. So I finished my break and went back to work where i was informed that anonymous women were calling saying I abused the hungry jacks staff 😂 so I explained the situation to the boss but they kept calling making false complaints about me so i went back down there with my video camera going and asked that they stop calling and that kicked them off again , the larger manager came running out from the back room screaming her head off in front of everyone and then started threatening me and tried to steal my phone out of my hand, she was starting to become quit physical and violent so I left and let the state manager sort it out. Absolutely horrid experience at this Kingston store on Sunday night

We went in for a quick dinner with the kids, we intended to dine in but the stores sit in area was so horribly untidy and unsanitary we ended up eating in our car.

Every single table was dirty with spilled food, spilled drink and salt, some of which looked like it had been there for several days. The floor was strewn with squashed fries and other bits of food and there were DEAD flies on the floor. We did ask someone to wipe down a table for us , which they did , but only with a damp cloth (no sanitizer) and since there was bits of food and sauce on the table before the "cleaning" we didn't want to eat off the table so went back to the car to eat.

Also, while waiting for our food we could hear a very loud and inappropriate conversation between 2 of the workers, littered with inappropriate language, which made us very uncomfortable, especially with 2 young kids there with us.

Horrible, horrible experience. We will...

One of the better fast food chains serving up great food. Could only complain about one thing. Thag being, a younger lady who works the speaker. She tends to say, constantly and after every word you say, "Is that all for today?"

For example: Me - "I'll have a small chips..." Lady - "Yep, Is that all for today?" Me - "18 chicken nuggets..." Lady - "that all for today?" Me - "a small burger..." Lady - "that all for today?" Me - "and a coke."

Like, could you please wait for me to finish listing my order before almost interjecting after every pause, "is that all for today", it's really offputting. Not only that but she tends to sound displeased with working there. Could have just been having an off day the couple of times I've gone, and miraculously got the same woman, but I'm not too sure.
