Liv Eat Healthy Eating Moonah — Restaurant in Hobart

It's good enough food but the ordering system and service are sub-par. I work 3 doors down and historically buy one or two meals here per week but the last two weeks have seen my order 'lost' causing a half hour wait both times. First time I had to approach the order bench to query it and the second time I stood by the bench the whole time while no staff members questioned my existence, including the young lass who took my order (I could already see the funds removed from my bank account) until a slightly older young man came back from break and asked if I was waiting for anything. He did give me a free smoothie voucher but I'll not be back to redeem it. My lunch break is 30 minutes so this service standard leaves me no time to eat the meal. Shame. Back to...

I walked in last night and I showed a coupon and I asked your employee at the register if it’s available in your store and she said it was and then she asked what meat I wanted.

A couple of minutes later the other employee who was quite friendly passed me over the bowl, when I said that I wanted a burrito (wrap) the lady that served me said it cost extra, I than showed the friendly employee the coupon and she did offer to change it but I declined and just took the bowl as it would of been a waste of food.

The bowl is alright, everything was cooked and made well, sauce was a bit spicy but definitely would of been better as a burrito (wrap)

Today I, went for lunch at Liv Eat in Moonah and I asked the staff to make me a salad of my own choice one of the staff members made my salad not just delicious but I felt like it belonged on the menu it was amazing and delicious well done to the staff who served us and also who made that delicious salad I can't get it out of my head I look forward to coming back again and have the same salad hopefully the staff who made my salad I'll be there to make it for me a such a friendly and kind person even though I was keeping them busy choosing the ingredients I wanted but it was executed and I think the manager should put that salad on the menu a lot of people will be very pleased with the taste and also...
