Local Pizza — Restaurant in Hobart

I visited a while back shortly after this place opened, on a particularly busy night. I was told a 20 minute wait, so went for a wander in Salamanca Fresh and then came back to the restaurant. My pizza wasn't ready for an additional 40 minutes and as I sat in the restaurant I watched probably 30 people come into the restaurant asking about their orders (insanely busy), about half of these people complained and when their orders were ready were given an apology for the wait and a voucher to use on their next visit. When my order was finally ready I was surprised to find that you don't get a voucher for patiently waiting an hour, you only get one if you complain. Arrived at 19:45 to an empty restaurant. Aware that they close at 8pm, we checked that it would be ok to order and eat in, and were advised yes. We spent about two minutes looking at the menu, then approached the counter at 19:50, to then be told that the manager (who was nowhere to be seen, and apparently had advised her via a phone call) had told the server that she could now do takeaway only. There is zero flavour in the sauce it’s literally plain red pizza base sauce, no Galic, , salt, pepper nothing. Had a margarita and it just tasted like nothing. Basil leaves dried out and no flavour in them. I ate in store. The base was very soggy as the base was thin and couldn’t hold it/pick it up as it just collapsed. Good size pizza and staff were very lovely and nice etc but I’d never go back/pay for anything in here again, far too plain flavours and soggy base which I saw others served the same, unfortunately. $25...
