This is our go to burrito place. I was going to give 3 stars but I can’t judge based on our today’s experience only because we’ve been treated so well & burrito was perfect the other time. The brown young guy today really needs to have some customer service skills, and by the way, since when they started charging 50 cent each for onion, corn, tomatoes! I remember paying extra for guacamole only. The guy didn’t mixed up the ingredients properly I guess, just rice on one side & other fillings on the other side. Usually, it’s mix so well together & we enjoy eating. However, just today we didn’t like the burrito, the service & charging extras for those items was not right I think. Usually, it’s yummy. I guess the guy was new/trainee. All the best to him, Btw, today was our last burrito. Will miss this...

Today when I was in Kingston I needed a quick lunch so I wasn’t late for my breakdancing class and decided to check out zambero. My first impression of the store was delightful as every surface was spotless and clean. Was greeted by stuff with beautiful manners and smiles. When I was ready to order (it took me a couple minutes because I haven’t had my anxiety medication) Baiden made the whole process very easy and smooth for me and was very polite and patient with me. When I got my food it wasn’t all over the place like other fast food places, it was made with love and care with stunning presentation and was so yummy in my tummy!

Walked in and both staff saw us but no one came to the counter for a while. When someone finally did, there was no hello—just a blunt “what would you like” and a look like we were annoying them by being there. My partner and I kept looking at each other in disbelief at how rude it was. We left with our smashed-together food saying we’d both been on the verge of walking out. On top of that, the bill didn’t match what we ordered, but we just wanted to leave. Still, it’s odd and I hope we didn’t pay extra for something we didn’t buy. Easily one of the worst customer service...
