Jamaica Blue Innaloo — Restaurant in Western Australia

I've previously ordered takeaway hot chocolates from here ad hoc with no concerns. However, on the occasions where we have tried dining in for lunch, it has been less than satisfactory, the last time dining being the very last ever.

We ordered standard eggs on toast, spinach + feta filo pastry with side salad, kids chicken nuggets and chips, and bowl of chips. The filo was fine, but the side salad was ridiculous! Chucking done seeds onto mixed leaves doesn't make a salad. It was pretty sub par. The bowl of chips were flavourless. Everything else we ordered was very average and not worth going out for.

Service left something to be desired as well. Whilst the man doing the coffees is and was always friendly, he was alone in this. Other staff weren't friendly and difficult to get service from. Initially they didn't even bring the salad out and told me I said 'no salad' when I asked after it (I asked for no dressing and a separate plate for autistic child). Staff bringing plates out were rather lazy, putting everything in front of me instead of the person the dish was for, even when there was no space in front of me. When I tried to make space on the table, they continued to just put players down instead of waiting for the space or helping to make space.

I recently had a delightful experience at the Jamaica Blue cafe located inside the Westfield Shopping Centre near Woolworths. I must say, their breakfast options were top-notch, especially their perfectly poached eggs. The manager went out of their way to provide exceptional service by personally apologising for the slight delay in preparing my order and explaining that one of the poached eggs had accidentally broken, prompting them to remake it.

The overall service at Jamaica Blue was outstanding, with attentive and professional staff who went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience. The premises were immaculately clean, reflecting the cafe's commitment to maintaining a hygienic environment.

What impressed me the most was their great coffee. It was evident that the staff took pride in their craft, serving up a delicious cup of coffee that perfectly complemented my breakfast. Sometimes, it's the simple things in life that bring the most satisfaction, and Jamaica Blue definitely excels in delivering on those simple pleasures.

I highly recommend visiting this cafe for a fantastic breakfast experience. The combination of great food, exceptional service, and a clean atmosphere make Jamaica Blue a standout choice. Kudos to the staff for their professionalism and dedication to providing...

These 2 beautiful kind women served us even though they were clearly finished up for the day. I hope the manager reads this & praises both of them because they are worth their weight in gold. I was in a lot of pain with my medical conditions & my support worker wanted to buy me a coffee to cheer me up. Everywhere was closing up & these 2 amazing women still served us the best they could with a smile while still explaining we were too late to be able to use the shops lounge facility & kindly showed us another place we could sit & chat with our coffee. Whoever owns JB Innaloo, you are very fortunate to have such wonderful staff. Thankyou. Also I'm sorry my boots made a small mess on the floor. I felt bad about it & they wouldn't allow me to help clean up the mess I made of their beautifully (end of day) cleaned shop. So...
