Sushi Hub Innaloo — Restaurant in Western Australia

The best thing about this place is the consistancy, and that is what sushi is all about. It's also very reasonably priced (like cheaper than making your own lunch), delicious and has huge variety. Also, did I mentioned the picked ginger is free!!!

Whoever decided to put a sushi hub in every major shopping centre in Perth knew exactly what they were doing. After a bit of shopping, a sushi roll really hits the spot.

Also, I love having a lunch option in my favourite centre that I can grab and go that is not calorie loaded. Saturday lunch gets very busy, but the line moves quick.

My one and only complaint is I wish there was a katsu chicken that did not have avo, but there are many avo free options...

We are a regular customer in sushi hub innaloo branch, It’s been very disappointing that my unagi sushi has lots of bones today. I showed it to the staff but they are speaking in their language with the other staff while talking to me, it seems they are unsure what to do. And when the male staff offered a refund or replacement, the other female staff barged in and spoke to him in their language so the male staff just mentioned we will let our manager know. I hope the staff should be trained in this kind of situation and please speak English in front of the customer cause it’s intimidating. Hence, please ensure that sushi are boneless, cause it’s a choking hazard. Please refer to photo below...

1 star for hygiene. They gave me the wrong sushi and I walked away without realising. I started eating another one and then realised they gave me the wrong one so I walked back and told them. They took the sushi out of my box with the tongs(I had put soy sauce in it) and I saw the waitress put it back in the cabinet!!

Please ensure good hygiene practices especially with the flu going around at the moment. Sushi is always good quality at sushi hub but I'm giving 1 star...
