It's busy and bustling venue. My coffee was quite good. I prefer plant based milks and they do a good signature brew but forgot my sugar. It was so busy that I didn't bother going back to the counter to ask. No eye contact from the girl serving me but polite. I find that to be incredibly rude. I know you're busy but I pay for your attention. In the morning it's a combo of families, with children having breaky on their way to school and workers. They have cheap breaky options that are average quality but like any franchise fast and furious and "will do the job". Cabinet selections for on the go and a large variety of fresh coffee beans in many different roasted grades and flavors available for purchase. Unfortunately it needs a deep clean. Table bases are filthy all the aircon filters full of dust, dirt marks on the walls and panels, very obvious with the full sun blaring through the window. If you have health issues and breathing difficulties it could be bad for your health. Some attention to detail needed and a lesson in manners for younger staff when speaking to people face to face. ACCESS 👨🏻🦼difficult and cramped with no auto doors or room to move. There is the drive through options for those of us with vehicles or assisted care. Read moreThe other I went through the drive through and ordered some food and a few drinks, the food was delicious but 2 of our drinks were not so good. Mine (a caramelised fusion) tasted and smelt like out of date milk while my partners (a creme choc fusion) had curdled whipped cream on top. I went back in store to ask for a refund for the two items and the initial lady I spoke to was understanding, the manager however was fairly rude about the entire situation. The manager tells me that it’s not possible for it to be out of date as they don’t use milk, instead they have a powder base but i don’t know what else I could’ve said, it was funky smelling and I’m not comfortable consuming a product that resembles spoilt product. After telling me I’m straight up wrong and I don’t know what I’m talking about she instructs me through on how to do the refund but was very short and almost snappy when I didn’t have a physical bank card with me. She (the manager) was simply rude and condescending.

I think you have a lot of new staff, but having new staff shouldnt mean the service quality is down. Most of the times you are greeted with a genuine smile by the regular staff, but its these small things that are missing. And the orders being taken wrong of late, that has left me writing this review. I have had numerious times the coffee has no sugar, been way to hot, the wrong milk, Im very specific when and I order.
