Crispy's Burgers — Restaurant in Joondalup

I have just returned from Crispy's in Joondalup and, I have to say, it is by far the worst experience I've had there, and even worse than any experience I've had in one of the other Fast Food joints. I ordered the Veggie Deluxe as a small meal and the young lady behind the counter, looked as if she was ready to burst into tears any minute. I asked for a table to be cleaned so that I could dine-in and, 20 minutes later, my burger arrived. I was told fresh chips were being made for me. I think what really happened is that all the orders for Uber Eats were taken care of first. I went up and asked about my chips. It took 20 minutes for them to arrive. As a meal, they should all arrive together. It was terrible. If I'm paying over $30, I'd prefer a plate to eat off, instead of a plastic basket which isn't really big enough to hold the burger as it falls apart. I spent $150 on various items for takeaway/pickup from here, they had none of the drink I ordered and told me they couldn’t refund me because I had ordered on their website, onion rings were heavy, terrible batter. Vegan and non-veg popcorn chicken were either dry or burnt to a crisp. Ordered a few vegan items and made sure that I ticked the no dairy, no eggs, no meat vegan option and then specified in the comments “vegan option” just to be safe and got handed a burger with an egg in it asked them to remake and they forgot to put the beetroot I paid extra for and then came back with a few slices in an open container, they also forgot to give me the extra sauces I had ordered. The other burgers were edible but that’s about it, by the time they had done all that the chips were cold and I had been waiting 45 minutes for them to remake a single burger and fix all of their mistakes. Great Burger, Absolutely horrible service. You start with low hopes when the server has to run back to the kitchen to ask the cook what's in the "burger of month", forgets and has to run back again to double check. But we got there finally, then after struggling to repeat the order back, I was left with even less confidence I was going to get a good meal, and I was right. As above, food tasted awesome, however they didn't give us one of the kids nuggets, despite repeating it back in the order summary. It's no surprise the place runs terribly, there wasn't anyone who appeared to be over 18 in sight. On top of that, our group of 4 had to take up a table designed for 8, because every other table was piled with old food, and that remained for atleast 15-20 minutes, with very little foot traffic during that time.
