We had an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience with this business. We placed a cake order 10 days in advance, confirming the date and time for pickup. When we arrived on time, we were left standing at the front counter for 10–15 minutes without a greeting or any acknowledgment. Eventually, someone told us the cake would be ready in five minutes — despite it being clear from the kitchen that baking hadn’t even started.

We gave them the benefit of the doubt, stepped out for a 20-minute walk, and returned only to be ignored once again for another 10–15 minutes. The same response was given: “five more minutes.” I asked for a refund due to the delay and lack of preparation, but this was refused without discussion. Out of courtesy, we gave them a final opportunity and extended the wait by an hour. During that time, we were offered a complimentary drink, which we accepted and appreciated.

However, upon returning after that hour, I was again ignored and treated with the same lack of professionalism and respect. Frustrated by the two-hour delay and ongoing dismissal, I confronted the staff. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, they acted evasively, made vague excuses, and refused to take accountability — citing a lack of preparation and appearing visibly understaffed. I asked for a refund a second time and was again told it wasn’t possible because they supposedly didn’t have the authority.

After some back and forth, they suddenly claimed they could process a refund if I paid for the drink — a contradictory and confusing response. Even then, they continued to neglect me, avoiding eye contact and ignoring further requests. At one point, a deeply inappropriate and racially insensitive comment was made, asking whether I was Vietnamese and stating that “Vietnamese people are usually rude.” I’m not Vietnamese, and regardless, such a comment is unacceptable in any professional setting.

Given the pattern of misinformation, I expect this review will receive a response filled with denial and false justification, but the facts remain: I waited over two hours, was repeatedly disrespected, denied a refund, and subjected to a racial remark. I strongly advise others to think carefully before doing business here, especially if you expect reliability, honesty, or basic courtesy. One of my absolute favorites is their Fluffwich—a warm, toasted dessert sandwich filled with marshmallow, melted chocolate, and a drizzle of honey. It’s unlike anything I’ve had elsewhere. Pair that with one of their creamy iced lattes or their handcrafted bubble teas, and you’ve got a match made in dessert heaven.

What also sets Bee Fluffy apart is the attention to detail. The presentation is Instagram-worthy, but you can tell everything is made with love and care. The staff is warm, welcoming, and always happy to explain the menu or recommend something based on your preferences. You really get the feeling that they care about each customer’s experience.

The shop itself is super clean, well-decorated, and full of cozy vibes—perfect for hanging out with friends, treating yourself after a long day, or even hosting a cute dessert date. It's a space that invites you to stay a little longer and enjoy every bite.

Prices are fair considering the portion sizes and the high-quality ingredients, and they often have seasonal specials or fun limited-edition items that keep things fresh and exciting.

This is such a well designed/run cafe! I ordered an Iced Strawberry Matcha and the new Caramelised Biscoff and Banana pancakes. My mum ordered the Crème Brûlée Pancakes. This wasn’t my first time ordering the Iced Strawberry Matcha, the first time it had pieces of Strawberry in it which I was NOT expecting, I nearly spat it out everywhere😭 But it was still very good!

So the second time we came (Today) me and my mum tried the pancakes, (as earlier explained). I got the Biscoff pancakes and she got the Crème brûlée. When I tell you they were amazing, they were amazing. Mum didn’t like hers that much but she tried mine and said it was very good. The caramelised Banana was so crunchy!!

The only downside to this cafe is the price, but it’s worth the service you get. Also to the people who were saying it takes 40-50 minutes. That is not true. We dined in and it took about 13 minutes which should be the approximate time to make them. They were perfectly cooked and so jiggly!
