Domino's Pizza Kingaroy — Restaurant in Kingaroy

I literally had one of the WORST fast food experiences at this store tonight. Firstly, when I walked in, not a single worker acknowledged that I was in the store, they did not say I’ll be with you in a moment or anything like that, I was just ignored for a good 8 minutes or longer. Secondly, I ordered my pizza without mayo, it came out with mayo on it so I sent it back and told them I ordered it without mayo, no apology from them whatsoever. Thirdly, I went and sat outside to wait for my order and even though my order was apparently ready, nobody thought to come out and let me know, how was I supposed to know it was ready? Once I’d received my order they’d only given me the pizza and churros, I ordered a cheesy garlic and they forgot that so I said um there is supposed to be a garlic bread with my order. They didn’t bother checking the order and seeing what type of garlic bread, they just handed me a plain one. So I said it was supposed to be a cheesy one, and finally after all that, I received an apology from the worker, although it didn’t sound sincere at all and it seemed like the worker couldn’t have cared less about their customers. The entire time all of this was happening, all of the staff were discussing going to the gym after work and how they’ll be too tired for school tomorrow after working, not exactly professional. As an ex employee of dominos in South Australia, I am highly disappointed in Dominos Kingaroy. They must not have any care in their work. My cheesy garlic bread was burnt, all of the outside of the bread was black. My deep pan cheese burger pizza had only 5 pickles in total, not even a pickle per slice. It also had 0 meat, the cheese was poorly spread, and the cheese sauce was excessive on some slices, but non on others. Just to top it off, the deep pan wasn’t even deep pan. It was just a smaller version of classic crust, it was not thick, not crispy from the extra oil. It was just small. Then we come around to the time of delivery, it took over half an hour to deliver, even though Kingaroy is a country town. This is unacceptable. As an ex driver, the average time from order placement to delivery should be 15 minutes, 20 at absolute latest, else you’re just being lazy and making terrible time. Overall, please don’t order from here unless you absolutely have too. Nobody cares to put an effort into their work, since if they did, the quality would not be that low. If pizza or garlic bread was made like that at my old store, it would not be allowed to leave the store, it would be binned and remade. Disgusting, dissatisfying,...

I love the pizza and everything but my pizza never gets delivered on time. They seem to have a hard time finding our house. And now just tonight I ordered a delivery on the app and it cost me $53. It took my money it told me an estimated delivery time and I waited and waited for about 40 minutes and then I decided to call and they were closing the shop. And just because they were turning the ovens off, they couldn't make my order or give me a refund because they turned all there computers off aswell. And now I have to wait until tomorrow to hear back from the manager. So now I go hungry tonight because I have no food in my house and all the shops are closed and I don't get paid until tomorrow to do shopping. So I'm not exactly happy with the system or the response I got from the girl on the phone that didn't know what to do.
