I was thoroughly disgusted with our meals here this morning (08/09/2024). To start with, we waited over thirty minutes to receive our meals after ordering. I had a big breakfast (pictured), to which I added a hash brown and mushrooms. I also ordered a strawberry milkshake. My partner had the eggs your way (scrrambled), to which she added haloumi and a hash brown. She also had a Berry smoothie. In total, this came to a whopping $72.00, so I had reasonable expectations of a high-quality meal. Unfortunately, that was far from what we received. My eggs, which I ordered fried, were an abomination. Both were black and over cooked on the bottom. One had a soft yolk with the white on top, not set and still wet and gel like. The other yolk was broken and set hard to the point of being well and truly overcooked. I am astonished that any establishment charging the prices this place does could have the unmitigated effrontery to serve up garbage like this. Unfortunately, this was only the beginning. The added hashbrown, for which I paid an additional $4.00, turned out to be the frozen kind that can be purchased from Wooolworths or Coles for five to six dollars a bag. I could have tolerated the approximately 1000% markup ... if they could have just taken the effort to cook it correctly. Instead, I received a sad, limp, and soggy rectangle that, in my opinion, was unfit to eat. The bacon, which was advertised as crispy, was also limp and soggy. The mushrooms were wet, with no attempt to brown them at all. That was as far as I got before deciding to ask for a full refund. There were similar problems with my partner's meal. Both meals were barely warm when they arrived at the table. When I asked for a refund, apologies were made, but then the girl attempted to convince me that I had paid $67 instead of $72. I had to open my banking app and show her the transaction before she agreed to refund the $72.00 that I had actually paid. That alone shows that there are serious flaws in policy and procedure at this establishment. At a minimum, the place needs a cook who knows what they are doing, as their current one clearly does not. If you can not prepare eggs to a reasonable standard, you have no business working as a cook in a restaurant serving breakfasts.

One of the most disappointing dining experiences we have ever had in Kingaroy since we moved to this region some 10 months ago - My wife ordered the Breakfast Fritata which was superb - I ordered the Pork Belly plus Egg on a Milk Bun (on a sample menu) - refer the attached pic - this meal was not edible in any sense - dry - overcooked etc etc - on top of this the table service (as apart from the counter service which was first class) was abysmal - imagine being delivered your meal only to be questioned "is that all you want?" and the waitress walk away without a "thank you" smile or any other communication instead of "is there anything else we can do for you?" - requested a refund which was immediately given by counter staff - Picked another eatery which was superb in all respects - unfortunately I could not offer less stars (minus 10 on their requested review on this meal)

Decent cafe, with a range of options to choose from. Located inside the shipping centre, plenty of parking, was a little busy on the day we went, but we were still able to easily find a table. However, the table was not wiped down and we had to ask a staff member to wipe it. Staff were friendly enough. The food was decent, eggs Benedict was nice, however the hash browns lacked much flavour but that was nothing compared to the flavourless superfood smoothy (would not recommend). Overall, it was okay but nothing special.

Terrible food and service, ordered an eggs Benny and paid extra for avocado and it came with no bacon and when we asked about the bacon and said it was on the menu with it staff just said it was a suggestion and it costed extra, after 5 minutes of asking why it says it comes with it they just said “we’ll bring bacon out and don’t worry you don’t have to pay for it”. The ICED chocolate didn't come with ice. The eggs on the eggs Benny had egg shells all through them and when I said something to the barista she laughed and said she’d let the cook know. We ended up...
