KFC Kingaroy — Restaurant in Kingaroy

The staff are very very very friendly but the problem is why is the hot chips too salty and expensive when I wanted a large hot chips okay can’t you do a bigger container as $4.95 cents is a lot of money for a large hot chips because that is not worth it at all....to me it’s only worth $3.00 but not $4.95 for large hot chips.....let alone some people aren’t even allowed to have salt due to their very high blood pressure....so my real request is can you in future have for some people less salt on the hot chips and also on the chicken nor only the kfc chicken it self is too greasy and so on....in the past the kfc had great kfc food to take away but now no thanks especially when I have to repeat myself to the staff what I like to order from kfc... I don’t like in the menu is chicken wings(that’s got hardly no meat on it as it feels like I was eating a bone)then there is the chicken legs or thighs well they are not worth it either because they are not cooked properly as they half cooked mainly more than half cooked kfc chicken as I have had a few kfc chicken pieces which...

If on arrival see you a few people waiting to order, turn around and find somewhere else. If the store is empty, still consider how patient you are willing to be - this is a place that seems to get gazumped by the presence of customers in ways you could never imagine.

When I approached the counter, the staff member behind the counter turned their back to me (worth noting at this point that there were also a couple of staff sitting about eating), and spent several minutes pottering about with the chicken in the bain-marie. When they eventually turned back around to take my order, they did so with the air of someone utterly put out by the fact that they were working on a Friday night. This was reflected in their haste in preparing the order, which took another four minutes to put together a fairly simple meal.

Food itself is on a par with other KFCs - in the case of this evening's meal, decently cooked but entirely unseasoned chips, accompanied by excessively oily...

Friday 5th March 2021. Very busy day so we thought we would give KFC Kingaroy another 'chance'. Hadn't been for a while because of the dry chicken, soggy chips, squashed bread roll and mashed potato that has been 90% gravy. not to mention no cutlery etc. Used the Drive through. Unable to understand the girl taking the order because she was speaking ?too close or ?too loud and too fast. Half the order taken. I explained to her the speaker was very static and I was having trouble understanding her - well I got "attitude" in her voice. Gave my order - again couldn't understand her. In the end our order was wrong so she couldn't understand me? maybe? The large Pepsi wasn't cold BUT we did get cutlery. The Original chicken pieces were small - one smaller than the potato container. Won't go there again. Spoken to the Manager before and...
