Kopi Lennox — Restaurant in Lennox Head

Had a breakfast and beverage at Kopi. The whole experience was seamless, easeful, and enjoyable. The food and drink were of the highest quality, both ingredients and visual/smell/taste/texture.

The staff were friendly and approachable, efficient, and attended to dining needs appropriately. Special mention to the chef who made a special accommodation with my dish.

With the busy weekend scene, Kopi's team handled the hustle and bustle of their Cafe environment with precision and professionalism.

Appalling customer service! Staff argued with us that we ordered the wrong coffee and refused to make us another one without paying extra. Ordered a long mac topped up and received a long black with a dash of milk instead. Took it back to the counter untouched where the staff lady argued with us and said that is what we ordered. Clearly a misunderstanding on behalf of the staff lady. Totally appalled that she argued we were wrong considering how much it would cost for her to make us another one...

Awesome food! Very healthy stuff, but for he price I would like to have had more room to have my meal instead of taking turns with the table next to me.(they have a shop-front to take orders, and the lions share of the sweeting is out the front on the street.) cutlery was brought out to us in bake-bean cans (seriously) .
