FAMILY HUB INDIAN GARBAGE DUMP- DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I have NEVER had such a poor food experience. The food was disgusting. This is not the first time. The butter chicken was in a dishwater like fluid, thin, not a sauce and a very few pieces of rock hard overcooked chicken. No taste at all that would be associated with a 'normal' butter chicken.

I actually observed the chef unwrap a woolies NAAN bread which was of also inedible quality. I have photo's and video if authourities request them, which i hope they will.. The 'zera rice' looked and tasted as though it had been in their childrens backpak lunch box all day and barely contained more than a few tablespoons of 'matter'. I have comparitive video and photos of that which is offered by your competitors food.

I contacted the 'manager' today who also said she cooked the 'food' who told me in so may words that it was bad luck that i didn't like it. She said 'no money back'. She was rude and abrasive and said don't come back and no, you not get money back. I explained to her that i'd like to speak to the manager. She wasn't the manager anymore.. Of course she/he was not there and would not be anytime soon. Of course, she was the owner/manager.

TO YOU - Manager/Owner, i will not be ripped off and i will make sure that you and your SHONKY ripoff business will be exposed. I have also forwarded this to ACA and social media will take care of the rest. You are NOT giving anything other than ripoff, crappy, inedible and possibly unsafe food to your customers. You need to be put out of business. I will be putting this out there as i believe that, your customers are experiencing your wanton disregard for peoples expectation that restaurants do put forward a product that they expect to meet certain quality...

I am a visitor to Lennox Head from abroad once a year. On each visit I always visit this lovely little restaurant. The food is home made as you wait by a lovely couple who run the establishment. On my visit this year (I've been twice in the last month) my young 8 year old daughter loved the Lamb Rogan Josh. They make the curries to your liking (hot, medium or mild).

At lunch times they have an amazing lunch menu with a curry, rice and two poppodums for 10 au dollars which is a bargain. The table service is impeccable and if you have any requirements they are happybto oblige.

The couple who run the restaurant (I do not know there names) are incredibly hospitable and welcoming. The decor indoors depicts traditional Indian scenes adds to the ambiance.

When I next visit my daughter I shall be back and probably have another visit before I leave next weekend. Strongly recommended to visitors and...

We bought a dessert to share, the mango ice cream. When it came, instead of a normal scoop of ice cream we got a tablespoon of ice cream with some sauce on it. We could not believe it, it was literally nothing. The owner asked if we wanted a knife or a spoon to eat it with. We then asked for a spoon and a reasonable amount to be added but the owner just shrugged his shoulders saying that’s how much comes and walked away not at all concerned. We tried again when he bought a cardboard paper spoon that broke on the rock hard piece that was obviously cut from a bigger piece, but I put it onto the takeaway spoon and in one small mouthful it was gone. If we had gone to the gelato place down the road we would have been able to share a cone of exquisite smooth gelato. Felt very disappointed and ripped off.
