Domino's Pizza Browns Plains — Restaurant in Logan City

Charge extra for delivery, then ask for a tip for the delivery! Don't charge more if you are wanting to work for tips, plus this isn't America. Really just shameless practise here, since workers get a wage and don't get most of their income via tips. Now I have to worry about drivers spitting in my food if I don't tip, or don't tip the seemingly recommended $8?? AND... I have to tip the driver before I even get the food! What if I have a delivery that is terrible, I have still tipped them $8.

Beyond a joke. I understand 'back in the good old days' drivers would get tips from cash/change, and it is a shame that times have changed to move away from cash, but just increase the delivery cost for the drivers if you aren't paying them enough, don't expect people to give tips before even receiving the product/service!

I wouldn't mind paying extra delivery costs to make sure people have a working wage, but I refuse to tip for something I haven't...

I usually love dominos.......but the dissapointing thing is my local store (browns plains) rarely gets anything right. Ive paid for pizzas in the past that I've not even recieved then told I have to pay the public holiday surcharge twice for delivery just to have the pizzas I actually ordered the first time to be delivered.....then I've recieved calls from the store after placing orders at other times saying the wait for delivery is an hour which I accepted, to only then after waiting for close to 40 minutes recieved a call from the store saying that I need to come pick the pizzas up or there would be an extra 40 minute wait ontop of the already expected hour for delivery......and then tonight my order wasn't even correct so I guess it's the last time ill even bother with this place.....hate having to even consider writing this review about a place I usually love eating from.....but it is...

I ordered food from Browns Plains Dominos. My meal was extremely burnt and tasted burnt. I was not able to finish any of my food. Wasted $57 dollars worth of food. My churros were the worst. I called the store in regards to food, hoping for some sort of solution, he was extremely unhelpful and extremely rude. Egotistical and delusional, he was not apologetic and kept ignoring what I was saying about the food. He said their food is meant to be burnt and look burnt, my food did not look burnt in the pictures they display online, I feel like they have scammed me, I was looking for him to replace my food, but he kept saying he can’t do anything about it. He was laughing and saying that the food he made was fine. It was not fine. He kept saying leave a review. He said his name Was Adolany (manager) apparently....
