Where to start?? Absolutely shocking service, unhygienic servers, and blatantly rude. Ordered via the QR code at the table which suggests 10 minutes until your meal arrives. Took at least 30 minutes with no explanation or warning of the delay. The jug on our table said 21, but apparently we were actually sitting at table 17. Why have two different table numbers for one table? When this was explained to us, we were made to feel like this was our fault? First two meals got served, server accidentally gave us an extra chips, I thought this was a nice gesture as the meals were late. Not too long after, the server came and asked for one of the punnet of chips back because it was their accident. I almost thought she was joking as we had taken a few chips and began eating them! I then Watched her take this container of chips and put it into a bag with another customers meal and served to them. Where are your hygiene practices?? It is lucky we weren’t ill and coughed all over them!!! Drinks weren’t served until we asked for them, got served the wrong drinks and one drink short. When we questioned this, we were told that “on the receipt it says ….” On our order confirmation that was sent to our email, it shows the drinks we had requested and not received. The server reluctantly took away the wrong drink and gave us the one we had requested, but wouldn’t give us the missing water that wasn’t showing on their receipt. I pulled up the order confirmation that was sent to my email (as I ordered via QR code) and showed this to the server. She still would not serve our single bottle of water and told me “no it’s all good, you’re fine!” As if I was in the wrong? To top this off, food was average, dry and not very appetising. Had little to none avocado on the Simon says burger. Looks like I am not the only person that has had a bad experience with this place. For the money spent, you are better off going somewhere else. Read moreCustomer Service unfortunately is completely lacking. Having been our first trip here; no greeting from any serving staff, we sat down & oredered online. Again, no staff checking on our experience at all. Then, meal came out pretty fast but again, you wait staff spoke so softly & we had to ask her to repeat what the dishes were. Then, when she brought out our meal; the Big Queenslander I had ordered, was served with a container of 12 nuggets on the same plate which I asked her immediately was not with the burger. She said clearly that it came with the Big Queenslander! I said are you sure? She said yes so clearly! So, we took her word for it as she said there was more of our meal coming out. After, a few minutes we realised that we had eaten, our kids meal as she had made a mistake! We are VERY annoyed at the way the manager in charge handled our complaint. We will NEVER return to Grill'd in future & especially to that Browns Plains outlet because your manager & staff are NOT trained to serve customers. They have no idea about what customer service is! A simple mistake was made & people would be more than happy with a plain I am sorry from the person WHO made the mistake! Everyone makes mistakes but these days people have to be trained to even say sorry! It is VERY sad to think, you WILL never get an apology from Grilled wait staff at BrownsPlains! Read moreI ordered here at night a few weeks ago from the Grill'd website (do not order off the Grill'd website for delivery as they have no customer service or anyone to contact if something goes wrong with your order like mine did, where if you order from Uber or Menulog they can refund you, Grill'd doesn't have those capabilities). So, to continue with the story; The delivery driver from Uber (Grill'd website chooses between menulog and uber for their deliveries) got to the Browns Plains store and said they were shut, the driver clicked via Uber that they picked up my order then text me what happened, I rang the restaurant to confirm the information and the delivery driver was right, it was shut but they're open for deliveries (although the delivery driver didn't know this) so I passed that on and didn't end up getting my order so I was left hungry. I then spoke with the Grill'd Browns Plains management Lauren I think her name was? (blonde girl, fake lashes who doesn't smile or greet customers and has a bad attitude). She said I'd have to come into the Browns Plains store and collect my refund that way as there's no other way for me to get the refund. So I went out of my way to travel to the store to get my refund only to not even be greeted by Lauren because her staff member informed her that I was there for the refund.
