Please train staff in listening skills. I ordered chicken and mushroom filo with chips and salad which I have done many times before. I was told file will come from front counter while chips will come from kitchen so it didn't come out as a meal on a plate. I was then told that they didn't have any spinach and feta files, I told the girl I had ordered the chicken and mushroom, she returned back to counter and then returned dayong I couldn't have them as they were frozen, but I could have a refund. By this stage our chips in a bowl arrived to the table which was to be eaten with the filos and no filos because of the confusion. I went to counter fir refund and asked why di they put food in front counter that is frozen abd can't serve. Her reply was because they are chicken and mushroom not spinach and feta. I told her that is what I had ordered chicken and mushroom. They proceeded with my order and it arrived to the table with no salad abd the tag states salad with filo.
