We were visiting the doctors in the complex and decided to get breakfast at this Cafe on the weekend, and I just have to say that I've never experienced service quite like it, in the best way! The food was good, drinks were nice too. But the service is what makes it. When we arrived a lady, I think the owner, came up to us and asked about our baby and her and a few of the other ladies working there tried to get him to smile for them. Later when the food came out, I was trying to get my son to sleep but he wasn't quite ready to go down, so they offered to watch him while we eat. With permission from us he was picked up and got to go around the Cafe and meet the other people at the tables, then when my husband finished eating he was brought back to us. It was just a tad odd. He said no and all was well after that. The meals were brought out at all different times, I think across 15 minutes to bring the 4 various meals out. Despite these service issues, I really enjoyed my meal and experience....

Moreover, my disappointment was compounded by the absence of the Mango cake, which I had enjoyed on a previous visit with my mother.
While When Sally Met Harry exhibits potential, there is a need for more consistency in the quality of their offerings, especially in the freshness of the...
