2024: 1yr later I thought I would give them another go as was driving past and wow they really dont like to make customers happy everything is a effort. Go to SUPER PIZZA Mt Warren Park 5min away WAY MORE TOPPING AMAZING SERVICE and will help customers and they appreciate every order. No kitchen staff wear hair nets and saw no hand washing while making food. Last chance used I'm never coming back.

2023: Wow what a RUDE staff member of tonight been coming here for 2 going on 3 years mainly order on menulog or over phone and pickup and the worker who served me who then got into the pajero I heard everything you said about me and when you walked out I said I heard all that and was very unprofessional you couldn't even say sorry or comment and continued to get into your car. 1) I'm not a Karen 2) you have never seen me before (sorry I havnt come when your shift has been on and I usually call or get it delivered hence never seen me) 3) all I asked for was remove pineapple remove chill sauce add white sauce on side like I always get just cause I changed 3 things doesn't mean I deserve that slander at the back. Pizzas are five star and normally would I say that in my review. SERVICE was far below standard for a 70+order. Firstly we ordered online at 6pm because being valentines day we figured it would be busy. Four med pizzas, no weird topping combinations just normal pizzas. By 715pm nothing had arrived we called got told sorry we are running a bit behind it'll be 20 mins until our pizzas arrive...ok. By 8pm we called again and was told the driver had just left with orders and would be there when he gets there...well that was after we were put on hold for five minutes. I understand that stuff happens but for the girl answering the phone perhaps she shouldn't be rude to customers when they ask why does it take 2 hours to make four normal pizzas. Her response was well it is valentines day. Perhaps she needs a little more experience in dealing with annoyed customers. It wouldn't hurt to start off with I'm sorry for the delay, that's not our usual practice...can we do anything to make this up to you. That's what I say when things go wrong in my hospitality venue.
