Worst experience ever!! I'd rather to give 0 star if I can. Today I ordered company lunch from Woka Woka underwood. I rang them several times tried to order through phone and pick up later when they're ready. However there was no answer at all. I had to come to the restaurant to order and wait 30 mins there. Receptionist was a Chinese young lady who only showed her politeness to customers who speak Cantonese. I spoke Mandarin to place our orders. She ignored me and only spoke English. I'm fine to speak English but I don't understand why you pretended to be don't understand Mandarin. Obviously she understood what I told her in Mandarin(Like I asked her remove the wrong dish from her first order list). After 30 mins. I came back to pick up food. The other young man didn't even talk to me when I checked if everything's ready. I was extremely angry but I still said thank you and leave politely. I need to bring lunch back to company. I didn't want to waste time there. Actually I'm the one of two can speak Mandarin in our company (another is CFO won't able to come to place order) so they send me to organize the lunch as people think it's better when communicating with the Chinese restaurant. Please remove all your Chinese characters from your menu if you feel shame to speak Chinese! Pathetic! Maybe their chef and food are good, but the waiter and waitress were lack of everything. It will ruin your restaurant reputation! Pathetic!
