My advice to every person is not to visit this shop because you will regret it later .. Yesterday I found this shop by chance and paid 16 dollars for a very small fish disgusting that has no taste with a very large amount of disgusting and more disgusting fried potatoes that had no taste other than fat and did not It is fresh ... this shop is disgusting and does not deserve to be given even one star

I do not understand this person, how can he justify his disappointment and the disappointment of his workers in this shop? !! The food served has no taste at all! Believe me, the taste is only for the fat used in cooking fish and chips! ... the fish I got was not more than one finger, disgusting without taste, and large french fries were disgusting and disgusting to a large extent. The place was rubbish .. McDonald's and KFC were the best in my view and my experience of such disgusting, disgusting stores, and this was my first and last experience of visiting this store and other similar stores And I say thank you for your disgusting, disgusting food of $ 16, and I will transfer this experience to social media to warn against making the mistake that I have made,...

do not enjoy giving bad reviews for businesses on here, think its my first one (begrudgingly) but the chips were extremely mid we could not finish them despite being two of us and loving chips and the minimum chips were $8, which seems pretty high price, especially just for a snack. they were also very oily which did not sit well with our tummies.

as well as the minimum chips we also got the vege burger which was flavourless and uninspired (disappointing) ~ it was one of those processed patties from the supermarket with carrot and peas, a little bit of salad and a not-great bun.. pretty awful and sad. gave us a good laugh though, which was a temporary upside. updated to two stars from one, for this fact.

hopefully they can work with some actual vegetarians one day to work out what kind of burger they would like to eat. would be happy to offer my consulting services if they would like to reach out.

I am not a person that usually do reviews but I do if I believe others health and safety can be at risk. I ordered chips yesterday and confirmed prior to ensure it was cooked in vegetable oil. As I arrived home I could clearly smell it was pork fat and gave a call again to confirm if they lied. All they replied was "oh yes sorry I just work here, we just refund you". The person was not someone that just work here, they are a family business, which I understand it is tough times for lots of businesses right now but lying to customers and to a point it can harm their health and safety is just not ok.

Advice is by being honest with customers you gain great reputation and keep them in the long term, if you can't learn that and you don't understand safety of people is always first then...
