Feedback on a Disappointing Experience
Dear Director,
I am writing to share my experience from our visit to your restaurant on 11.01.2025, where my friends and I (a group of 12) had gathered to celebrate my best friend's birthday. We chose your establishment because of my fond memories of enjoying churrasco in Brazil and were excited to create a festive atmosphere. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations, and I feel compelled to provide feedback.
While we were admittedly a little noisy due to the joyous occasion, we ensured we did not disturb other patrons, and there were no complaints from anyone around us. However, the Colombian manager approached us and decided to stop serving beer, despite us having had only one round of drinks. When we tried to explain that we were simply celebrating a special event, it seemed we were unfairly treated and mistaken for being unruly or intoxicated, which was not the case. This left us feeling embarrassed and unwelcome.
Additionally, I found the behavior of another staff member, an Asian female manager who was working as a cashier, quite uncomfortable. She touched me multiple times to push me to sit down and spoke in a manner that felt patronizing. Despite politely asking her not to touch me, the behavior continued. This lack of professionalism further dampened the experience for us.
The only silver lining was the effort made by Anna, one of your waitstaff, who apologized for the situation and tried to make us feel more comfortable. Unfortunately, by that time, the festive mood had been ruined, and we had already lost our appetite.
We also brought a cake to celebrate but were disappointed to find that even basic drinks like cachaça were unavailable when we asked around 10:10 PM. The lack of music, issues with the sound system, and overall mismanagement left us feeling that we had chosen the wrong venue for such a special celebration.
While we paid the full bill and thanked your staff before leaving, I must honestly say this was one of the most disappointing dining experiences we have had. I hope you will take this feedback constructively to improve your service, communication, and professionalism, especially when hosting groups celebrating special occasions.
Thank you for taking the time to read this message. I hope to hear from you regarding how such issues will be addressed in the...

The food at B. Churrasco Brazilian Grill was honestly terrible - dry, flavourless, and incredibly underwhelming for the price. I’ve been to several Brazilian grill restaurants before and always enjoyed the experience, but this was in no way comparable. Every cut of meat I tried (about six different ones) was dry, overcooked, and lacked any real flavour. At one point, I actually had to spit a piece out because it was that unpleasant. It wasn’t that I was full - I just felt sick from the poor quality and dryness of the food.
The sides were no better. The chips were soft and potatoey with no crisp, the garlic bread tasted like cheap frozen supermarket bread, the salad was basic with barely any dressing, and the banana fritters were mushy and unappetising. None of it tasted fresh - it all felt mass-produced, like the kind of food you’d get at a low-end, all-inclusive resort. For the amount we paid, the standard of food was simply unacceptable.
The only saving grace of the evening was the service from the waitress, who was absolutely lovely. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care. When I mentioned that I wasn’t enjoying the food (while my boyfriend continued eating just because he was hungry), she went and told the manager. The manager then came over with a freshly cooked rump steak and offered it to me, saying it wouldn’t be dry. I appreciated the gesture, but after trying six different meats that were all awful, I just didn’t want to eat any more.
We’d also told them it was our anniversary in the booking, and they mentioned they’d bring out a cake. It wasn’t a surprise though - they just asked us to choose between dessert or alcohol, which felt a bit impersonal and cheap. After I’d complained, it didn’t feel right accepting a free dessert, so I said we didn’t want it. They brought it out anyway - possibly due to a miscommunication - and to be fair, it was the only thing that tasted good.
In the end, the service was the only highlight. But the food was so poor, and the experience so disappointing, that I wouldn’t return - and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it. For what we paid, we expected...
Read moresat down at 8:30 for our 2 hour 8:30 session i think it was 20 mins+ before they brought out the "tasters". gave us each a little bit of everything over maybe 30 minutes - emphasis on a little bit. we got half a chorizo sausage, a shaving of every meat they had, a chicken heart, and if we were lucky, half a spoon of tomato rice - the waiter that had it would legit scoop some up, then decided the spoon's worth he had was too much, and shake some off. by now we've been here an hour and only just tasted everything. the waiters start bringing food to us (after another pause). same deal, we'd get a shaving of whatever we asked for. we were told to request stuff, so we did. i asked for the pork loin. 10-15 minutes later the pork loin was brought, served to two people (i was not one of them), and while waiting for the waiter to finish giving the second person their shaving, i looked away for a little too long, and he was gone.
it's such a shame that you pay good money for "all you can eat" and the waiters genuinely seem to be seeing how little food they can give you before you complain. make sure you ask and make sure they give you what you paid for. other than that, the food is great, the venue is nice.
can't reply to the owner's reply, so here it is: as i said, i asked for food. i asked for food a couple of times - that was WHEN i could get any of the wait staff's attention. the wait staff explained how it worked (i wouldn't say it was the beginning of the dinner, more like 20-30 mins before the dinner), and yes, i'm aware how many different kinds of meat you serve, as finally halfway through my session i'd had a tiny piece of everything. the owner's reply makes it seem very simple, but my and my party's experience was that the wait staff were not there to wait on you, they were kind of just there. go for it, the food is really nice. but, as i said, make sure you get your money's worth - because the establishment won't. i'm not the only person who has said things like this in...
