Great food and service! This is where I'll go for some comfort food. Beijing duck, sichuan fried chicken, pork belly...they have everything. The price is reasonable as well. What annoys me is actually the poorly-behaved kids who usually run loudly around the dining tables. I think they are the owner's children. Apparently, the parents did not do anything to discipline the kids, ignoring the frustrations of the guests. Even though the foods are superb, I gotta give the restaurant 3* for those frustrating experiences.

Edit: came here multiple times and has been good but the last time they made me wait for than an hour (two stuffed ordered) with zero compensation, even a can of drink would have been appreciated.

Food is good but service is terrible. Stood at the counter staring at the lady for a full 3 minutes until I couldn’t wait anymore and asked whether I could order, whereby she said she didn’t know I was waiting for her. Not sure why people regularly stand at their counter staring at the staff for no reason if not to order food. They have good Sichuan chefs there. The roast duck and Peking duck is the same (so not actual Peking duck), but is flavoursome and rendered reasonably well. This is my third time coming here and would come again. Just don’t expect outstanding Customer service

Edit 14/10/2021: have been back multiple times. I think they must have a new chef in the last few months. The food is less refined and is drenched in oil. It had good Sichuan food and now...

Worst customer service I’ve ever come across! The waitress had no interest in listening to what I had to say or even what I wanted to order. She told me one thing was available then I asked where it was on the menu and all of a sudden she didn’t know and it suddenly hadn’t been available for months. Then I tried to ask her another question but she completely ignored me and started talking to her co-worker all while I was trying to talk and make my order then once she finished her conversation with her co-worker she decided she wanted to take my order again and answered me with “what.” Personally won’t be going back there due to the poor...

Very impressed with this restaurant and their customer service.

Ordered a honey chicken and 2 fried rice through EASI delivery app. Chicken was nice and crispy. Quite a large portion compared to other Chinese restaurants, which made me feel better about the price. Fried rice was delicious!

Unfortunately they made a mistake and delivered only one fried rice. I gave them a call and they apologised, happily offering to deliver me another one. They delivered it very quickly and even gave us two free drinks with it.
