Horrible customer service. Crew member had used same gloves for ham and chicken. I advised her that I cannot eat ham and if she could change her gloves. Another crew member had come at the time and started aggressively handling all the food and talking in another language about us while greasing us off. She then started yelling saying that we are wasting food and should always ask to change gloves before hand as mixing meats was okay. I advised her that all subways I have been to change gloves for each order and she proceeded to explain how she was busy and did not have time, although the store was empty. She was very aggressive when asking us which salads we wanted and slammed the oven shut multiple times. She was unfriendly and we will never be returning. Read moreThis Subway is hands down the worst. The last 5 times I have gone in, they only ever have 2 choices of bread, the Italian Herbs and Cheese, and the Rye. I have tried different times, mainly 5:30pm-6:30pm, and it doesn't matter how early I am, they never have enough choices of bread. They accepted an Uber order I made, and then called me 5 minutes later saying they do not have any bread except Italian Herbs and Cheese. I CANNOT EAT that bread. AFTER 3 MINUTES, you cannot cancel an Uber order, so now I am out $25 because they will not refund. Read moreWorst customer service ever. The lady with glasses was very rude. I came to buy a veggie pattie salad on Thursday the 9th Feb around 5:00 P.M and that’s the worst salad I have eaten ever. It was off and something in salad was smelling so bad. I ordered large salad and she didn’t even make it even a regular size. She spoke to me so rudely when I mentioned her about the pattie.
