If you're on the hunt for a delightful gelato experience, look no further than Beku Gelato! Tucked away in a charming location, this spot boasts a plethora of unique flavors that will tantalize your taste buds like never before.

From classic favorites to inventive creations, Beku Gelato offers something for every palate. Their commitment to quality is evident in every scoop, with fresh, natural ingredients that elevate each flavor to perfection.

Not only is the gelato top-notch, but the service is also exceptional. The staff members are friendly, knowledgeable, and always eager to help you find your new favorite flavor. Their passion for gelato shines through in every interaction, making your visit a truly enjoyable experience.

What's even better is that all this goodness comes at a nicely priced value. You get premium quality gelato without breaking the bank, which is a win-win in my book!

In conclusion, Beku Gelato is highly recommended for anyone seeking a memorable gelato experience. Whether you're a local or just passing through, make sure to stop by and treat yourself to some of the best gelato in town. You won't be...

Creamy gelatos with such a universal range of flavours. They focus alot on their traditional flavours from Malaysia that include plenty of fragrant leaves, spices and teas. Just naming a few of their popular: ube, houjicha, thandai, cendol, teh tarik, and a limited time special the roti (so buttery and ever so slightly sweet and salty). Had their most popular at their first store in Brunswick, which I still hold as their top flavours - milky lychee yuzu & yalkut!

The gelato consistency is super smooth and creamy, yet still holds its firmness in the harsh environmental forces. They make everything from scratch using natural ingredients and they probably taste the least sweetest compared to other gelato places which I actually prefer!

This time round we got their pistachio, houjicha and ube. Houjicha was our fave from this trip, with its aroma still so sharp and tasting almost like an iced hojicha latte.

I apologise for rocking up at close time but their sweetest staff are angels and let us grab a bite after our long night shift. Thank you again!

Bland and overpriced. I’m Malaysian and grew up eating Malaysian/Indo/SE Asian flavours and the signature flavours don’t match up to the hype. We were advised to go for separate cups for the two flavours we wanted, so both can be placed in separate cups in order to get the toppings (at an extra cost), which staff recommended, saying the toppings are the icing on the cake. What was unexpected was that the gelato was then compressed into the cup and extra gelato was scooped out in order to put the ‘extra’ toppings on. The amount of toppings was also tiny (eg. Only a few green strands for the cendol and tiny drops of gula Melaka, both cheap ingredients and yet this shop cannot ‘afford’ to give more. Better to make Cendol yourself or just buy the dessert at a sit down restaurant is my honest advice), uncharacteristic of gelato places anywhere in Melbourne 🙄 when we tasted the gelato and topping, the overall experience was made worse as the flavours didn’t match up to the hype and authenticity of flavours claimed by the marketing....

This place has amazing gelato. The flavors were unique and really interesting. The texture was exceptional. I got the Cendol flavor and it was just so rich in flavor. Definitely coming back to try the other unique flavors.

Some great unique flavours and they let you take time to sample some before buying. Today I bought a 1L tub with 3 flavours as a gift. Then I asked if I could also buy 2 scoops in a cup (for myself). The woman serving me told me I'd have to pay 50 cents extra for 2 cups. I was a bit shocked because I've never had to pay extra for cups before, and also normally 2 scoops can fit in 1 cup? I said, "what's the alternative - can I get a cone?" but that would've cost more. So I said, "ok, can I just get 1 scoop then?" and then she handed me an empty cup! I was very confused. I said "umm can I get ice cream in this?" and she asked if I wanted 1 scoop or 2... I asked if I'll still have to pay 50c for the cup, and she pointed to their price list for 1 scoop, 2 scoops etc. So in the end I did manage to get my 2 scoops in a cup for the normal price. In hindsight I realise that she thought I actually wanted to buy empty cups 😅
