We live in Kallista and rang at 6.40pm on Saturday for delivery. They told us an hour. We accepted this. At 8.15pm we rang to see where it was to be rudely told it was 2 away from going in the oven. I asked how much longer and was told two orders away. We could pick up if we wanted it. At 8.40pm we rang again - 2 hours after ordering - to be told it was still one order away. No confirmation of when we would get it. The order arrived at 9.25pm and by then we had eaten so we sent it away. Tonight was our first experience with Belgrave Pizza House - we were not disappointed. We have lived in Lysterfield for over 10 years and have never enjoyed any of the pizza’s in our surrounding area, and we’ve tried many! We had given up looking until tonight! The bases were lovely, not too thick or thin and the toppings were generous and very tasty indeed. The prices were great considering the skyrocketing prices at present.
