Billy Barista — Restaurant in Melbourne

This was the most disappointing breakfast I have ever had. The menu said Chorizo - it was Kabana. The menu only offered scrambled eggs and they were unable to cook any other type. We had bought a voucher and even though we had prepaid they seemed to want to serve everyone else before they even started to prepare our food. The bacon was poorly cooked and felt like it had only been heated ie microwaved. It lacked crispness. The scrambled eggs came out of a large jar and despite asking for no cheese (I am allergic), I could taste the cheese in the mix. There was no other option for eggs and every meal that had eggs they were scrambled. The girl serving us was very pleasant and I have no complaints with her but I honestly feel they are out of their depth...

Ordered the Berry & Acai Smoothie for my partner to try, ended up being the worst mistake, made her vomit and nauseated and had to throw away the whole cup of the disgusting drink. This disgusting drink cost 11dollars btw.

The drink looks nothing like seen on the pictures of the takeaway menu, pictures look like a smooth smoothie with fruits on top, ended up looking like a purple slush of all the fruits. No fruits or even any attempt at looking good.

Also partner told me they didnt even put Coconut Water but instead opt to use plain water and ice mixed with all the fruits.

Good customer service and nice place. The coffee and orange juice are terrific. We use to go there because the sandwiches were delicious, however since the weekends kitchen staff was changed, the quality of the food specially of sandwiches start being poor bad cooked and bad elaborated. Today I went there to buy a choripan for take away, once I got home I realized she gave me a different sandwich with mushrooms and other staffs, tasteless and In a different bread. I'm very disappointed because the last three times we bought there, the food has been bad, we are going to change of coffee shop...
