Boost Juice Springvale Homemaker — Restaurant in Melbourne

I'm not usually one to complain or leave negative reviews but I just feel as though I have to for this place. Every single time I come here it takes at least a minimum of five minutes to get served even when there is no line. The staff always seem to be preoccupied with menial tasks or talking amongst themselves whilst being completely oblivious to any customers even when they're standing right in front of them. They are slow to make the drinks (again even when there is no one else around) and just have a bad attitude. I've been to many different Boost locations and this store in particular is the only one that I've ever had issues like this with which leads me to believe it's poorly managed and/or the staff are poorly trained. Other locations even when busy will serve you, make your drink and you'll be on your way in half the time it takes this place to even take your order. I would not recommend coming here unless you have time to wait around until they decide they want to...

A larger older lady took my order and was so annoying was just extremely rude and disrespectful while she took my order. I am lactose intolerant and ordered a mango magic, I made that very clear to her and she scoffed at me and rolled her eyes. I was quite rude and was very offended by her presence.
