I ordered 2 whole chicken in the meal thru uber eat, i received only 1 whole chicken, i called them and they said i have to come pick it up and im like seriously ? If i wanna pickup why would i order uber and pay the extra fees ??? They said sorry we dont do delivery, i explained there are 7 people feeding on 1 whole chicken and its not enough, all i got was (sorry you can come pickup)… man i ended up agreeing to a refund and they asked how much you paid, i said $21, and today i received $15.5, they refunded their price not uber price, very unprofessional, very unfair……. Any other respectful place who cares about customers and good name would have delivered on their own cost… we ended up splitting 1 whole chicken between 7 people… never ordering from here again as this is not the first time, they stuffed my order...

At first when their was two guys running the store the food was on spot cooked nicely the HSP in specific very good Customer Service aswell, but now theirs two other replacing staff 2 girls, the meat is alright but i always ended up getting pieces of overcooked meat, which was black coloured and the fries arent drenched properly either they need more training or their just lazy, but the customer service from then was really good. Thats all no one cares about this reviews lol please removed the overcooked pieces on the grill just a little more effort and this shop is a 5 Star good pricing and one of the best...

This is the worst kebab shop i have ever seen. I ordered a kebab, fries chicken and pasta salad they took 20 minutes. I took my take away home and realised that he forget my pasta salad and so i called and he said that he could not drop it off or he would drop it off in 3 hours at 9 o'clock. So i was forced to waste petrol to drive all the way back and i got my food and they were not even apologetic they just gave me my pasta salad and i left. The food i had got before had become cold by then and even some of the chicken was not cooked properly. The worst experience i have ever had...
