Popping & Tea Williams landing — Restaurant in Melbourne

It seems like I'm not the only one with customer service problems.I normally don’t write reviews, but this time I have too. Our family wants to support local businesses and especially people from our community ( Vietnamese). My little sister went in store and order as I waited in the car and when she returned she said that the workers talked badly about her just because she missed an order the first time and came back the second time. The girl there was talking in Vietnamese mocking how my sister came back for the second time and how is she “rich”. For a kid, this sounded very bad as she doesn’t know what she did wrong. I confronted the manager but they didn’t say anything or say apologise. We always support them but from now on we will never...

I really love the tea here! It's amazing! They are quick and clean. However I'm really big on customer service. This is in no way an attack, every worker does get burnt out, that i both understand and relate to. I just wish the person that works there can be a bit more approachable. Everytime I come in with a smile, i have to be the one asking him how he is. That's not an issue, however there is no acknowledgement or energy. This creates an weird atmosphere. The workers are fine otherwise. I just want the whole expirence if im getting a service, that includes the way they interact with their customers. Others the products are great! These guys have homemade pearls that are something else. Consistently the best pearls I've ever had, I refuse to go anywhere else now. To risk even the mere chance of undercooked, overcooked, or underwhelming pearls and be disappointed. It's not worth it. Just go here instead. Be delighted. Revel in every slurp. Never be disappointed with your special drank again.

P.S. Great flavour and balance to their teas and ice blends too, if a generous serving of chewy balls alone doesn't...
