The service wasnt too bad, they werent friendly, and seemed confused, but for me it was the actual taste of the vietnamese pork belly roll, it wasnt normal, they added bbq sauce and some other type of meatball in it, and it had some other stuff in it that isnt meant to be in them, and the thing is I usually go to Bakery Delight I believe it's called in central square in altona meadows, but they were closed and so I googled viet pork rolls in my area and I saw someones review saying it was the best they'd ever had, (theyre delusional or have never had one in their life) so I went there. Even said to the guy what the review said, and he was like "oh ..no, uhmm, they're ok" like he didnt agree they were the best, that shouldve been my first red flag, unfortunately I was craving a viet pork roll really badly and decided id try it, I ordered two, one for myself and the other for my partner and even he thought it was all wrong. The flavour was all off, two types of meat in it, one I'm sure was never made for this roll and completely ruined it. And the sauce, it was thick bbq sauce not even the special oil one they put on it. Even the guys attitude was abit rude tbh. The young Asian guy that made it did not speak English very well, and he mustve been new because he didn't seem to know what he was doing , he seemed confused, idk maybe they're a new shop? Just getting the swing of things? And it's not like my standards are too high, I myself have been a waitress. a sandwich chef, and worked in hospitality for years, No hate to them, I'm sure perhaps their other options would be lovely, but definitely not their version of a vietnamese pork belly roll. I wont be eating there again, big let down. And it cost me like $20 for two rolls, exuberant prices that werent worth that much at all, for the way it tasted they should be charging $4 per roll, and I say that due to cost of produce. Sorry guys, but it was yuck, all wrong and costed a stupid amount for...

I went there this afternoon and this person in the photo doing 👍 he was really rude when I asked for a salad roll I said 3 of them and he started preparing for 2 than I said I need 3 rolls and he made that angry face walked back of the store than we he came back I asked If i done anything wrong and he told me 'Well first of all you are waiting on wrong side you should order from cashier side and I told him this is first time I am coming to this store how do you want me know and there is no any other customers at all why it's an issue after that he just sid 'you know what I am not going to serve you can just go' there was another staff member there and you can check cameras too I wasn't aggressive or anything like that AT ALL I even asked him if I've done anything wrong. What made me aggressive I really didn't understand. I was there at 11.41am please check cameras because I'll forward this to center management. If I was doing what you accuse me why would I recorded and none of your staff did nothing but being rude and aggressive actually. I wouldn't record if I was wrong, isn't it. Just little thinking will be enough but the way you defend your behaviour just doesn't make any sense. Shame on you...

I am %100 sure I wasn't rude or aggressive at any stage and he had no reason to not to serve me. Disgusting behaviour was coming from your staff...

This is by far the worst Pho and Banh Mi I’ve ever had in Melbourne, no exception. I came here after checking Google reviews. I already knew the rating was low, but since there were no other Pho places nearby, I had no choice but to try it. The portion size was shockingly small. I paid $18 for a Pho that came in a cheap black takeaway box — absolutely not worth the price. I ordered the mix, and it included a strange type of meat. It was all fatty pieces that looked like cheap lymph cuts. I threw it all away because it felt unsafe to eat. The Pho wasn’t freshly prepared. The staff literally took a pre-packed box of Pho, microwaved it in front of me, and served it. I also noticed stacks of these boxes sitting outside, not even refrigerated, which raises serious food safety concerns. The Banh Mi was just as disappointing — filled entirely with fatty meat and completely unpleasant to eat.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience made me really upset. The food quality and safety here are unacceptable and should not be...

This is my first review and written out of frustration. It has now been a week since I left a message with the staff for management to call me regarding a complaint/feedback. I have long been a strong supporter of small business and more so quirky ones that offer variety to an area but it appears that management at Saigon Corner don’t value nor care to listen to their customers Last Sunday I ordered a takeaway chicken noodle soup, which I was advised would consist of crispy chicken, once I open the containers I found what was left of a chicken a chicken autopsy, bones/wings but no chicken meat (Pic attached and was NOT altered nor any pieces eaten), the soup had that much salt that I believe the person who made must of being using “The Force” to measure the ingredients. Thankfully I was able to use this to kill my weeds.
